Job Description:

• Operates production equipment.
• Constructs, maintains, and tests mechanical systems and components/assemblies.
• Candidate would have manufacturing and/ or small hand tools experience preferably.

Responsibilities:

Overview of the Community Health Worker (known internally as the Member Engagement Specialist)

As a Member Engagement Specialist, you will serve as a frontline care navigator, meeting people where they are, building trust through consistent, compassionate engagement, and helping members navigate next steps and after care for post-discharge. This role focuses on outreach within treatment facilities for individuals navigating addiction, behavioral health, and social challenges. Drawing on experience in recovery support, mental health, street outreach, harm reduction, or community-based services, you’ll assess needs, support enrollment, and guide members into Wayspring’s clinical services—remaining a trusted point of contact as they begin the next phase of their recovery journey through collaboration with providers, nonprofits, and community partners.

This role requires regular daytime travel to meet members in the Des Moines area - mileage reimbursement is included!

Responsibilities of the Member Engagement Specialist, FES

• Facilitates in person enrollments at Wayspring partnered facilities, and where appropriate, conduct outreach to providers to secure member referrals
• Engages members and provides them with an educational overview of Wayspring’s service offerings, with the goal of program enrollment
• Secures verbal and written consent, and obtain appropriate paperwork for services including consent to clinic services and release of information forms from members to participate in Wayspring’s services
• Collaborates with facility discharge planning teams to ensure members leave facilities with a safe and stable plan
• Secures members first appointment with clinical services at Wayspring
• Provides follow-up to members for 30-90 days post discharge at partnered facility, driven by the individual member’s needs.
• Initiates creative strategies to facilitate member contact, including in-person opportunities
• Provides ongoing engagement to members both telephonically and in-person
• Incorporates recovery support themes into engagement to improve member experience
• Regularly reviews member profile for SDoH and clinical updates
• Maintains performance accountability around member enrollment, clinic conversion, and achieve performance targets
• Adheres to Wayspring information security and privacy requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an outreach, social work, or street outreach role
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability working in a matrixed environment
• The ability to communicate effectively and persuasively is required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and effective presentation skills
• Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) is highly preferred

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Senior Project Manager or Regional Director

FLSA Status: Exempt

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Project Manager is the primary point of contact with the customer for the contracts assigned to them. This position is responsible for driving the overall operational performance of the contract. The Project Manager is responsible to ensure all customer contract requirements are met and that the projects meet or exceed all performance targets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Customer Satisfaction and Relationships:

• Collaborates with the Executive Vice President, Account Manager, and/or the Senior Project Manager to develop a relationship plan and assigns personnel to maintain relationships as appropriate level.
• Responsible for responding to and solving all customer issues or concerns regarding the project.

Contract and Financial Performance:

• Understands the contract and any other documentation regarding requirements or expectations for the project. These may include but may not be limited to: Deliverables, KPIs, schedule, safety requirements, and customer specific requirements, units of measurement, and contract terms & conditions.
• Manages changes or scope creep with contract change orders and review of originally contracted scope with customer.
• Responsible for ensuring INTREN’s tracking systems will support contract and reporting requirements.
• Ensures all data is accurately entered into the INTREN system in a timely manner
• Directs staff to perform required invoicing and job closeout.
• Oversees the estimating process and assigned field resources in developing the estimate and proposal.
• Ensures quality of the data provided to the customer.

Project Management Performance:

• Manages day to day activities for all aspects of assigned projects, inception through execution and close-out.
• Directs staff to ensure job setup, production accuracy, cost accuracy and change orders are performed.
• Communicates support requirements, to staff accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provides project status reports on overall project performance to the Senior Project Manager on agreed upon frequency as required.
• Responsible for overall project performance (P&L).
• Responsible for providing periodic project status reports and performance reports to customer.
• Maintains resource loaded schedule for all assigned projects.
• Review and approve, in a timely manner, project documentation including but not limited to timesheets, production and accounts payable.
• Leads project teams and uses project management tools and processes to execute projects including but not limited to:
• Review and acceptance of contractual terms and conditions.
• Inclusion of customer requirements and procedures into execution plan.
• Leading team in development and execution of project plan and schedule.
• Monitoring performance against key performance indicators and adjusting plan to get back on track.
• Applying lessons learned.
• Managing project team performance.
• Identifying high risk activities and developing mitigation plans.
• Maintaining customer awareness of project status, issues, changes, etc.

Procedural Performance:

• Follows all INTREN applicable defined processes and procedures.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and strong computer literacy. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task are essential. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to organize and prioritize work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of construction industry experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen, customer focus and drive for results.
• Demonstrated proficiency and experience managing large projects.
• Proven high level management skills in coaching and facilitating business competency.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies including technology and performance.

Essential functions:

Basic Requirements:

Education:

This position serves as the Project Executive for all jobs in which they are involved. Responsibilities include overall oversight of project financials including cost spread/estimates, cost reports, overall profitability, and change orders. Responsible for operational oversight on all projects involved. In depth knowledge of weekly work status of each project to assure proper resource scheduling company wide. This role will include mentoring and managing Project Managers and Engineers and to have overall responsibility for these projects.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing/reviewing Cost spread

• Contract/subcontract review and evaluation

• Schedule of values development

• Participate in project buy out and vendor evaluation

• Early project planning including sequencing, scheduling, resource planning.

• Weekly project reviews/updates with project team

• Monthly Directors meeting attendance

• In depth knowledge of ongoing project operations

• Executive contact for GC

• Change Order monitoring and responsibility for collections

• GC relations

• In depth knowledge and participation in accurate cost projections

• Project problem solving

• Management Safety Audits - Monthly

• Mentoring Project Team Members including PM/PE/Operations Manager

Education/Experience/Attributes/Requirements

• 15+ years of experience

• Bachelors degree in Construction management or Engineer recommended.

• Complete knowledge of construction principles/practices required

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types

of individuals

• Project set up, budget planning, buy out, and cost reporting experience is a must

• Complete understanding of critical path scheduling.

• Successfully managed multiple self perform concrete projects with successful outcomes.

• Experience leading successful project team, including development of employee and

maintaining relationships with external entities

• Energetic and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency

• Highly entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with the ability to work equally well on own as well

as in a team environment.
