Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to patients for pain management as well as perform procedures ( training will be provided). This position requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Position is for part-time or per diem. It can convert to full time as growth occurs.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain management related issues.
  • Perform procedures such as trigger point injections, nerve blocks, knee joint injections, DME fitting and medication management.
  • Collaborate with physicians in the management of patient care in clinical settings.
  • Provide education to patients regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in the development of treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Experience

  • A Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program is required. or Certifiend Nurse practitioner.
  • Previous experience in pain managment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
