Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
- Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, in the state of Massachusetts

Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay
Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. What you'll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $252,000 to $267,800 per year. The Integrated Systems Department supports Raytheon by providing world-class weapon systems engineering. Domain expertise includes radar systems, effector systems, battle management, command and control, network design, battlespace integration, and interoperability for both domestic and international customers.

What You Will Do

A Day in the Life of the Enterprise Account Manager: Acting as a single point of contact, the Account manager is responsible for uncovering revenue generating opportunities from Astound's existing customers.
Primary emphasis will be on growing revenue from this base, controlling customer churn, and contracting clients that are currently without agreements.
