About the Role

Lake Behavioral Hospital is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR operations within our facility. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and personnel record management.

Qualifications

Education:

• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufactured home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing preferred.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
