- Rounding at hospitals (Utah Valley, St. Mark's Hospital, Lone Peak Hospital)
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for our postop patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer treatments and medications as prescribed
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options, post operative restrictions, and post operative care.
- Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Utah.
- Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Utah.
- Proven experience in critical care, Spine Surgery or Neurosurgery settings preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, and Athena.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with rounding on postoperative spine patients is preferred.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
