The Program Manager is responsible for the fulfillment of organizational programs through the coordination and execution of quality and improvement initiatives. This role provides strategic guidance to teams and stakeholders, oversees the progress and operations of programs, and manages communication, roll-out, and facilitation of assigned initiatives. The Program Manager plays a leadership role within the Office of Academic Affairs, which broadly supports hospital operations related to graduate medical education, human subjects' research, professional students, and medical staff. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage program operations, including planning, organizing, coordination, and implementation to achieve objectives.

• Oversee observer, shadowing, and research associate programs; assist with special projects as needed.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Serve as a mandated reporter and participate in emergency response as required.

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Required).

- Experience may substitute for part of the educational requirement, depending on relevance and depth.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in clinical program management and systems implementation within a healthcare environment.

Licenses/Certifications:

• Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained if working in LA City.

As the Radiation Therapy Program Director, you will oversee all aspects of the Radiation Therapy Program, including curriculum development, faculty management, accreditation compliance, and student success initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the Radiation Therapy Program.
• Develop and implement curriculum in accordance with accreditation standards and industry requirements.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accrediting bodies (e.g., JRCERT or equivalent).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of teaching, precepting, and/or mentoring experience in a JRCERT-accredited program or a similar educational setting (Required)

Position Overview

As the Director of Operations, you will lead the day-to-day activities of a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). This role is the primary business driver for clinic growth, overseeing all operational and financial aspects while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. You will work in close partnership with the Medical Director to lead clinical and administrative staff in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Growth

Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and administration of the andrology laboratory with minimal supervision.
• Maintain and monitor quality control measures and clinical data to ensure optimal lab performance and pregnancy outcomes.
• Develop and improve laboratory procedures.
• Perform duties per lab policy, including semen analysis before/during treatment cycles, semen preparation for procedures, and sperm cryopreservation.
• Handle media preparation, paperwork for IUI/chemistry reports, sperm prep for IUI, sperm survival tests, semen analysis with morphology, and Tosoh operation.
• Conduct comprehensive semen analysis (count, motility, progression, morphology, viability as indicated).

Position Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

Experience:

• 2 years of laboratory experience in an andrology and endocrinology laboratory setting, outside of an ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) program.

Skills:

• Proficiency with compound microscopes and aseptic techniques, and ability to handle hazardous specimens.
• Completion of on-the-job training and any required certification exams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
