The Boeing Precision Engagement Systems Team is currently looking for an Imaging Seeker Algorithm Engineer (Experienced, Lead or Senior) to join the team based in St. Charles, Missouri.

• Leads development and analysis of Imaging Infrared Sensor algorithms for navigation and guidance applications on Weapon systems, including image processing and computer vision for target detection, tracking and discrimination
• Contributes to a multi-level team as consultant in the test and issue resolution of sensor based algorithms across the portfolio of weapons applications
• Leads development of trade studies, modeling, simulation and other forms of analysis to predict real-world behavior, impacts on system performance and to optimize the design around complex requirements
• Leads development and execution of critical tests to validate performance of designs to requirements
• Contribute to a multi-level team with a deep theoretical and practical foundation for developing cutting-edge models, simulation tools, and algorithm strategies for systems using Infrared, Laser and Radar sensors and provide technical mentorship for early career engineers
• Collect and review data from hardware-in-the-loop tests and flight test to measure/validate performance against design requirements
• Evaluate candidate sensor systems to increase weapon or other airborne system capabilities, decrease cost, and ensure compliance to requirements
• Supports project management by coordinating development of work statement, budget, schedule and other required inputs and conducting appropriate reviews
• Have opportunities to travel in support of flight test activities and troubleshoot operational and delivered product service anomalies where you will see in-person the awesome capability of our Air Force, Navy, Army and international customers

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 3+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with C/C++ language computer programming
• Experience with developing and using modeling and simulation tools in C/C++ and Matlab/Simulink
• Experience implementing Optical/Infrared Sensor image and signal processing algorithms to provide solutions for GPS Denied navigation, object location, discrimination and tracking, and image enhancement
• Knowledge of advanced mathematical principles as applied to aerospace analysis and modeling. Examples include stochastic process and decision theory, transform methods, computational geometry, numerical linear algebra, optimization, computational math, numerical analysis, and Monte Carlo analysis

You will be joining a talented team where you will be responsible for executing the Mission Systems test plan. The Opportunity

Our mission is to provide innovative access to financial products that help RIAs secure their clients' financial futures and the Flourish Engineers play a key role in doing just that. We're seeking backend and full-stack engineers to help build a scalable platform. Cross functional collaboration is key to success and you will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Design, Operations and Risk.

You will develop an understanding of at least one business line and partner with product managers and fellow engineers to solve complex business problems with software and deliver commercially feasible solutions. The Team

Since 2017, Flourish has been on a mission to help financial advisors evolve from holistic advice to holistic implementation to more fully serve their clients and achieve better outcomes. The Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Engineering or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience designing and building distributed systems
• 3+ years experience programming in Python, Java, Kotlin, or TypeScript
• Solid understanding of modern database technology (Redis, Postgres, RedShift, BigQuery)
• Ability to design intuitive and performant RESTful APIs

Senior Drainage / Stormwater Leader – City of Austin Focus (15+ Years)

Austin, TX | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)

A growing civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to strengthen relationships with the City of Austin and lead complex stormwater, drainage, and flood control projects. This role will provide senior technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help expand the firm’s presence across major municipal infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage stormwater, drainage, and H&H infrastructure projects
• Serve as a key technical and strategic partner to the City of Austin
• Support business development, proposals, and client relationships
• Mentor and guide mid- and senior-level engineers
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and technical quality

Project Work

Current work includes a major progressive design-build light rail project in Austin, supporting drainage and water quality design across multiple segments. Work includes storm drain design, culverts, water quality infrastructure, and development of 50% design through final construction documents and construction support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Texas PE required
• 15+ years of experience in stormwater, drainage, or H&H engineering
• Experience with HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, and GIS tools
• Background working with municipal/public-sector clients

Compensation

$120,000 – $200,000+ depending on experience, plus full benefits and bonus potential.
