Job Summary
Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Payroll Client Advisor you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).
Your role as a Payroll Client Advisor is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for prospecting new clients
- Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
- Responsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
- Attend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

POSITION OVERVIEW:
GS Foods Group is seeking a Director, Inventory Strategy & Optimization to lead enterprise inventory strategy, replenishment analytics, and decision support across inventory, sourcing, and buying. This role serves as the single point of accountability for inventory economics across the enterprise—translating service objectives and growth ambitions into clear inventory targets, policies, and trade-offs.
This leader is responsible for defining inventory policies, targets, and analytical insights that improve inventory health, GMROI, service levels, and working capital performance. The Director partners closely with S&OP, Procurement, Finance, and IT to ensure inventory and replenishment decisions are grounded in rigorous analysis and consistently applied across the business.
This role plays a critical part in driving adoption of inventory policies, improving inventory productivity, and strengthening enterprise-wide discipline around replenishment and inventory decision-making.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and lead the enterprise inventory strategy and replenishment analytics agenda.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing optimization team through coaching, capability development, and clear performance expectations.
- Define and maintain inventory policies, including segmentation, service levels, safety stock strategies, and DIOH targets.
- Deliver decision-ready insights on inventory health, GMROI, cost structures, and service trade-offs.
- Shape sourcing and assortment decisions through inventory and margin economics.

- Ensure consistency of analytical assumptions and alignment with Finance.

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Vice President, Produce, the Director of Produce has oversight to Produce categories in terms of itemization, innovation, and financial performance. The Director of Produce qualifies vendors, evaluates bids, and negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services. The role is responsible for organizing and articulating the near and long-term strategic vision of the department and communicating that vision across the organization. The Role is also responsible for daily management of the department team of Category Managers, Purchasing Assistants, as well as a dotted line leadership of the schematics, replenishment, merchandising and support teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- General oversight of the performance of the Produce Department's Category Management Team.
- Negotiate costs, promotions, assortment and other metrics with vendors/suppliers for assigned categories of products managed.
- Analyze sales and profit performance for assigned categories and suppliers/vendors and make appropriate business decisions related to results as well as for the entire department.
- Collaborates with procurement team in appropriate inventory management and creation of purchase orders for products handled through our self-distribution process. Negotiate favorable costs and terms.
- Dedicate appropriate time and effort into the innovation of assortment and merchandising for assigned categories and the department overall.
- Responsible for driving sales growth with new items and promotions.
- Complete full Category Review Process with all assigned categories minimally once per year.
- Accountable to full financial performance of assigned categories and the financial performance of the entire department.
- Provide strong customer service to Team Members.
- Manage relationships with Strategic Vendor Partners and garners support (financial, resources) to sustain the strategic vision.
- Develop Category Business Plans (CBP) for managed categories.
- Work collaboratively with all Team Members to create effective vendor relationships; establish strategic relations with key suppliers and manage vendor funding to drive profitable category growth.
- Approve section sizes and adjacencies in schematic plans for individually managed categories.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.

- Understanding of store operations and merchandising methodologies and practices.

Under general supervision, the Sales Representative is responsible for selling products and/or services to a group of clients and identify new and potential customers in order to reach the project profitability and billing levels within an assigned sales territory and/or account. Activities include: negotiation, sale, installation or delivery, and post-sale services. Responsible for securing and maintaining distribution of products and/or services and maintaining effective agreements.

What we're looking for:
- Education: College degree or equivalent/applicable experience
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in a complex sales environment, where multiple people are involved in the purchasing decision and there is a solution-based selling approach
- A proven track record of verifiable sales success driving growth with a consultative, strategic selling approach
- Business-to-business sales experience, with preference given to those with distribution experience and a scientific background and/or having work in a laboratory or research environment
- Demonstrated capability to effectively utilize best in class selling processes (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, Miller Heiman) and technology platforms including and Qlikview

Pay Transparency:
The expected pre-tax pay for this position is
$59,150.00 - $100,740.00This reflects base salary.
This position is subject to incentive compensation, where the expected pre-tax Target Cash Opportunity ("TCO") for this position is based on the achieved sales and in the amount/range of,
$98,600.00 - $167,900.00Actual Pay may differ depending on relevant factors such as prior experience and eligible geographic location.
TCO is defined as Base Salary + Target Sales Incentive (Sales Incentive eligible role only).

About the Role:
The Assistant Estimator will learn how to read and interpret plans to accurately estimate the total cost of construction projects. The role involves performing detailed take-offs, communicating and organizing scope and material lists with vendors and subcontractors, and presenting and handing off estimates to the Project Management and Business Development team. The Assistant Estimator will support the Estimating team to detail the scope of work for each trade, cost per trade/subcontractor, site services, material requirements, lead times, and develop a critical path for project execution.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction management experience or related degree with the desire to learn and grow in this field
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, details, and specifications accurately.
- Experience in sourcing, vetting, and selecting subcontractors for project execution.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Assistant Estimator include but are not limited to:
- Partner with Estimating team to provide precise project estimates and bid proposals, including comprehensive project takeoffs, detailed budgets, and job costing.
- Draft and manage construction contracts, subcontracts, change orders, and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Demonstrate advanced computer skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Timberline, and other estimating software is highly desirable.
- Have a hand in each project from the estimation phase through to the handoff to the Project Management (PM) team. Develop critical paths and Gantt charts to illustrate and present cost details and bid submissions, including inspections, milestones, and trade alignment.
- Write, submit, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) as required on client portals such as Lucernex, ProCore, ProTrack, Project Mates, etc.
- Read and interpret plans as needed to support specific trade scopes and address RFIs effectively.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.

This role is an integral part of the preconstruction process and plays a key role in ensuring our projects are thoughtfully designed, accurately budgeted, and financially feasible from concept through construction.
We are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to apply their multifamily construction expertise to meaningful, mission-driven work.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for multifamily residential developments at various design stages
- Review drawings and specifications to develop accurate quantity take-offs
- Partner with development, design, and construction teams to align budgets with project goals
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
- Identify value-engineering opportunities while maintaining quality and long-term durability
- Track cost trends, escalation, and market conditions affecting multifamily construction

What We’re Looking For
