We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders

Skills and Experience:

A well-known national food manufacturer is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its legal team in Sarasota, Florida. This role will report directly to the General Counsel and will play a key part in advising the business on food manufacturing regulatory compliance and operational legal matters.
The company has recently invested heavily in strengthening its food safety and compliance infrastructure and is building out its legal capabilities in this area. This role will work closely with senior leadership, including the General Counsel and the company's Chief Food Safety Officer, to support regulatory compliance and operational legal needs across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate General Counsel will advise on a range of matters, with a particular focus on food manufacturing regulatory and compliance issues, including:
- Federal regulatory matters involving USDA and FDA
- USDA inspections, compliance reports, and regulatory responses
- Labeling and regulatory compliance for food products
- Plant and facility regulatory issues across manufacturing operations
- Interaction with federal and state regulatory agencies
