in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent degree required.

3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role required.

CPA license preferred.

Advanced excel skills are required.

Excellent organizational, analytical, conceptual skills are required.

Job Responsibilities: Assist with the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes to established deadlines and client service expectations.

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, fixed asset reporting, and ad-hoc analysis for client partners.

Work with the Accounting Manager and/or the Director of Accounting to evaluate new client arrangements with reporting requirements to determine appropriate course of action.

Assist in identifying requirements for accounting reports or system changes impacting accounting and financial reporting.

Audit IT delivered reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies identified before reports are used to process accounting transactions.

Drive process improvements by identifying and developing more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
