What you will do: (responsibilities listed are included but not limited to)

• 
  
• Performs comprehensive evaluations, assessing the social, emotional and support needs of the patients and their families
  
• Sets measurable objectives that are formulated in conjunction with the rehab team
  
• Assists the physician and other health team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the patient's health problems
  
• Instructs/counsels' patients and families in treating and coping with social and emotional response connected with illnesses
  
• Participates in care coordination activities and acts as a resource to other health team members in the identification and resolution of patient needs
  
• Identifies and assists the patient and/or family to utilize appropriate community resources to achieve measurable objectives
  

What you'll need:

• 
  
• Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work (LCSW)
  
• Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker Licensure in the state of practice
  
• Minimum of one year experience in a rehabilitation setting serving individuals who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury or acute diagnosis
  
• CPR certification required
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
  
• Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
  
• Duties require fine motor skills, visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
  
• Additional physical requirements include pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times
  

Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney

Location: Portland, Oregon

Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (after training period)

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus

Billable Requirement: 1,400 hours annually

This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of experience in estate planning and related transactional matters who is looking to further develop their practice within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters from initiation through completion
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, asset protection, and tax considerations
• Conduct legal research related to estate planning and fiduciary matters
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to support client matters and ensure timely completion of work
• Maintain regular communication with clients while providing thoughtful and practical legal guidance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in estate planning, probate, or related transactional practice areas
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage assignments independently while also contributing effectively within a team environment
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and relationship building
• Experience with real estate transactions or related matters is a plus
• Licensed and in good standing with the Oregon State Bar

The role offers fully remote flexibility, with the exception of court appearances and site visits. Candidates must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Multnomah Courts.

Compensation details:

The base salary range is 180-225k DOE with additional discretionary bonus earnings. The firm offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance (monthly premiums 100% paid by the employer for employee + family), profit sharing contributions, unlimited PTO and sick time and paid CLEs and bar dues.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

• Trial experience, first or second chair, in an area of civil litigation (personal injury best)

• Oregon bar license, active in good standing
• Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
