The Relationship Development Sales Associate is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts with monthly billings. - The SPT I is responsible for general support functions within the Specimen Processing Department. This position requires a data entry background.

About the Role
What you will do
- Own the process for building payer relationships, identifying payer requirements for connection, translating requirements into user stories for the development team, coordinating implementation and testing, and ensuring the payer connection is successful in production.
- Fill the role of subject matter expert in relation to prior authorizations and notice of admission both in terms of payer requirements and overall business requirements to successfully manage prior authorizations between providers and payers.
- Identify and document the correct method of submission and status for prior authorizations to payers based on the payer requirement for specific service or CPT code including EDI 278 215/217, UMO payer portal, or Fax.
- Document payer portal prior authorization workflows for robotic process automation and work with the RPA development team to build and test new payer portal prior auth automations.
- Define and monitor key metrics for prior authorization connectivity, including transaction turnaround time, error rates, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting prior authorization processes and ensure compliance in all payer connections
- Become an expert in the upcoming Da Vinci FHIR prior authorization standards and work with development and business teams to ensure successful transition to FHIR
- Work with payers and providers to establish FHIR connections for Prior Auth
- Collaborate with the development team and clearinghouse team to establish EDI connections to payers
- Collaborate closely with development, QA, UX, and other cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet customer and business expectations.

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking contract attorneys barred and in good standing in any state with 1+ years of litigation experience to Work Remotely on a 1 plus year assignment. As a Hearing Representative, you will represent our client throughout the entire special education claims process—from intake to resolution or settlement.
Pay Rates:
- 1 to 7 years of experience: $41.75/hour
- 7+ years of experience: $43.75/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Manage a high-volume caseload of 100–200 special education claims, ensuring timely and effective handling.

- Conflict Driven Cases: Handle conflicts between parties. We do a lot of business “divorces”, breach of contract matters and a bit of commercial collections. For example, demand and cease & desist letters. These are not yet in litigation but might be headed there.
- Litigation: These are the above that will be or are filed at the courthouse. The attorney needs to be able to take a matter from Petition/Answer through the closure which might include appearances at various court proceedings or final hearing, collections or negotiations.
We do not do real estate, estate planning or securities. Over time our relationships with clients often develop into more of an outside general counsel role.
Answer prospective client calls and confidently provide information and plan to turn into a client.
Produce quality and thoughtful communications, legal documents and pleadings.
Through commitment and discipline actively work matters and prospective clients to reach expectations, including adding time daily and moving matters toward completion
Salary and Bonuses: Experienced attorneys can start as high as $155,000 with bonuses. Our salaries per hour worked are very competitive with national firms. Less experienced attorneys will naturally demand a lower starting salary, but we increase on six month step up based on performance.
We have bonuses for:
- New Client – This monthly bonus is based on a percent of new initial retainers brought in by the attorney.
- Client Retention - This monthly bonus rewards our attorneys for repeat business based on a percent of repeat initial retainers brought in.
- Hours Billed Over 6 Per Day - For hours billed and collected in excess of 6 per day, we pay $150.
- Meeting 1380 Hours - This annual bonus is 2.5% of base salary.

- Partner: After five years with the firm attorneys become non-equity partners.
- Senior Counsel: Less than five years with the firm but attorney has over ten years of experience.
- Senior Lawyer: Less than five years with the firm but attorney has over five years of experience.
- Business Lawyer: All others.
