What will you do?

  • Supervise floor dealers and protect the integrity of games
  • Ensure accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents
  • Greet guests appropriately, resolve complaints, and answer any questions about game information
  • Coordinate and complete hourly evaluations on hourly team members
  • Control the pace of the game and determine winners and losers according to games rules
  • Inform necessary personnel of any unusual requests or plays by guests

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own technical engagement with contract manufacturers (CMs), driving process readiness, production ramp, cost control, and quality performance.
