- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of legal experience in private practice advising nonprofit organizations on the tax, corporate, and charitable trust issues that are unique to tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations.
- We will also consider applications from attorneys with a demonstrated interest in advising nonprofit organizations and who have experience in political law, corporate or tax law, including corporate and partnership tax, employee benefits, or trusts and estates.
