The healthcare system operates across three campus locations in the Tampa area providing comprehensive anesthesia services. The facility maintains a robust obstetrics program with particular emphasis on epidural and cesarean section support at the Spring Hill campus. The organization supports regional anesthesia skills development and maintains diverse surgical case volumes across all campuses.

Tampa offers diverse recreational opportunities in this coastal Florida region including pristine beaches, living coral reefs, and water activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, and kayaking tours. The area features undersea parks, concerts and events, along with various attractions and museums throughout the region. Residents enjoy both natural environments and developed amenities including shopping centers and entertainment venues.

The CRNA position requires board certification and willingness to rotate between three campuses providing comprehensive anesthesia services. Clinicians must demonstrate regional anesthesia skills and provide heavy OB support including epidurals and cesarean sections at the Spring Hill campus. The role involves managing diverse case mixes across all locations with weekend backup call responsibilities for MD coverage. Call schedule operates on a 1:10 to 1:14 rotation basis depending on PTO requirements, with weekend shifts primarily focused on epidural and OB coverage where the CRNA serves as backup to the primary MD.
