KP Aviation, a global supplier and acquirer of aftermarket aviation assets and components, is seeking a Technical Acquisitions Manager to support its expanding international portfolio. The Technical Acquisitions Manager plays a critical, cross-functional role in supporting and executing aircraft, engine, airframe, and component acquisitions while providing strong technical oversight throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Your role will take you to new heights, as you'll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:
- Support and execute acquisitions of aircraft, engines, airframes, and related components to support fleet operations and portfolio expansion.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, operational, and technical requirements (FAA, EASA, OEM standards) throughout the acquisition process.
- Provide expert technical input to acquisition decisions, including life-limited parts, maintenance status, and asset condition impacts.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including OEMs, MROs, lessors, and inspectors, during evaluation and acquisition phases.
- Mentor and support junior acquisitions and technical team members as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across acquisition, technical review, and asset integration processes.
- Maintain, develop, and implement robust technical standards, systems, and documentation processes related to asset acquisitions.
- Provide regular updates and report to senior leadership on acquisition progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft, engines, airframes, and components, including records audits and asset condition evaluation.

We are seeking an experienced and driven Heavy Civil Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of heavy civil and heavy highway construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, team leadership, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing complex infrastructure projects, overseeing field teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Manage the full lifecycle of heavy civil and heavy highway construction projects from planning through closeout
• Oversee projects typically valued at $10M+, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget
• Develop and maintain CPM project schedules using Primavera P6

Experienced analyst responsible for independently applying actuarial methodologies to complete structured projects and serves as a technical subject matter expert on assigned tasks.

Builds tools to test and implement new methodologies that improve accuracy of actuarial analysis; utilizes model results to select new variables and refresh existing variables in a rating algorithm; analyzes results from multiple methodologies to propose reserve selections and documenting rationale).
Identifies and improves existing processes utilizing actuarial, mathematical, or statistical techniques.
Proactively resolves technical issues and identifies appropriate issues for escalation.
Assists others with troubleshooting issues.
Creates instructions and training materials for actuarial tools and processes.
Mentors new team members.
Apply business acumen to provide actionable insights that help solve business problems.
Effectively communicates insights and solutions to broad audiences including actuarial and non-actuarial stakeholders.
Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related actuarial/business/analytical experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
2 years of actuarial or analytical business experience.
3 Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) exams.
Experience with relevant actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques and approaches used to support fact-based decision-making.
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in Python, R, SQL, SAS, BI tools or other analysis software, and relevant industry data & methods and ability to connect technical insights to business problems.

Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $77,120 - $138,810.

TITLE: CRITICAL SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN IV, SWITCHGEAR

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Critical Systems Technician IV will serve as a technician for all CPG mission-critical electrical services/maintenances under contract. The position will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments. This position will provide leadership and knowledge regarding the installation, service, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and operation of mission-critical data center electrical equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Review technical specifications with the sales team and project managers to identify the field operations scope of the project as defined in CPG bid packages.

* Create Critical Power System MOPs, SOPs and EOPs.

* Direct feedback to responsible CPG Project Manager for problem resolution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in the field.
* Provide required site testing reports and inspection sheets per project specification.
* Participate in specialized commissioning/testing of systems.
* Conduct site visits during regional travels at management direction.
* Respond to service calls as required.

* NETA or NICET Level 1-4 Electrical Power Testing Certifications are preferred.
* Ability to read and understand one-line diagrams, blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
