Duties of the Civil Project Manager
Work with clients to develop project scope, timelines, and budgets for civil engineering projects within the greater Toledo and surrounding area
Monitor timelines and costs and ensure they are meeting client needs
Work with clients to make necessary changes to project requirements (budget/timeline changes, etc)
Ensure civil projects are meeting public and governmental standards
Assist with communication efforts at project presentations, public meetings, and similar
Work with project staff to ensure project goals are met or exceeded
Manage necessary blueprints, drawings, and documentation needed for civil projects
Assist with overseeing the activities of project staff
Requirements for the Civil Project Manager:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar engineering field is necessary

The Office Manager will assist the Market Leader / General Manager in providing leadership to the team through overseeing daily operations in all areas of finance, customer service, human resources, and general administrative functions and activities of the office. Partner with Operations Manager to support routing and operations planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Oversees the daily work activities of the office through scheduling and supervision of customer service representatives, receptionist, and financial service clerks in daily tasks and operations.

The ideal candidate has prior experience supervising union employees, understands collective bargaining agreements, and is comfortable working within established grievance procedures and labor processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and skilled trades employees (union workforce)
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and company policies
- Participate in and support grievance processes in partnership with HR and plant leadership
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Lead breakdown response efforts and minimize production downtime
