I'm currently partnering with a fast‐growing Chicago law firm that's expanding its Traffic & Criminal Defense practice looking add an attorney with 2+ years of Traffic Law experience—someone comfortable handling a high‐volume caseload that includes DUIs, misdemeanors, traffic offenses, and some felony work.
This is a court‐heavy role based in Cook County, so daily courtroom advocacy is a big part of the position.
Location: Cook County jurisdiction - Must be willing to do a daily commute to Cook County courthouse
Practice Area Focus: Criminal Defense, specifically Traffic Law
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience as an Attorney with a focus on Traffic Law cases (misdemeanors, felonies, DUIs, traffic tickets, etc.)
- Open to candidates coming from law firm (doing Criminal Defense and Traffic Law) or government space doing Traffic Law/misdemeanors (e.g. State's Attorneys office, Public Defender)
- Must be willing to be in court daily, given the nature of the job

Our client is a top Am law firm, seeking an associate for its P Trademark/Copyright/Branding Practice Group in Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis, New York or Washington, DC office. The salary for this position is between $220k to $390k.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of trademark experience, including U.S. trademark clearance, prosecution, portfolio management, and TTAB work, copyright counseling, and trademark-specific litigation experience.
- International prosecution experience and licensing and acquisition agreement experience is preferred.

What we're looking for: Our Chicago office is seeking to hire a Litigation Associate to support our growing clientele. We are looking for energetic, driven, detail-oriented people for this on-site position.
Our cases are complex, frequently involving dozens of defendants. We often achieve multi-million dollar recoveries for our clients. Because of our complex litigation and commitment to our clients, our firm is 100% on site. As an associate, you will learn all aspects of asbestos litigation. The successful candidate should be a quick study as you will need to become familiar with various sources of asbestos exposure and the basic medical terminology associated with mesothelioma. You will be responsible for case investigation, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, document review, drafting and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial. The successful candidate will serve as a second or third chair during trials with the potential to first chair trials after gaining sufficient experience.

Qualifications:
