Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents in personal injury cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including the preparation and review of discovery materials and responses.
3.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
4.
Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, assisting with witness preparation, and coordinating the delivery of evidence.
5.
Utilize legal case management software to track case progress, manage deadlines, and maintain organized case files.
6.
Ensure legal compliance in all activities, staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
7.
Provide general legal assistance, including drafting correspondence, managing client communication, and coordinating with other legal professionals.
8.
Review and analyze medical records, identifying key details to support case development.
9.
Use excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Qualifications: To be considered for the Permanent Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal role, you should have: 1.
A Bachelor's Degree in Law or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the personal injury practice area.
3.
Proficiency in legal document preparation, trial preparation, and document review.
4.
Strong knowledge of the discovery process and legal case management software.

Experience in ensuring legal compliance in all activities.

Major Responsibilities: • Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts

The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
