This position is responsible for obtaining data from clients and following up; preparing quarterly and/or annual administration; preparing reports and tax forms and running various tests including ADP, ACP, etc.; checking and monitoring loan and distribution requests; handling IRS and internal client audits; assisting other Pension Administrators whenever necessary; and other duties.

• Request data from client and follow up as needed.
• Prepare quarterly and/or annual administration including trust accounting and computer work.
• Respond to client inquiries and develop client relationships.
• Prepare 5500 and ERISA report and accompanying tax forms for each plan.
• Prepare and run the following tests:ADP, ACP, 410(b) and other tests as required.
• Monitor 415 and 402(g) limits.
• Check distributions:Terminations, hardship withdrawals, in-service withdrawals, 70 .
• Check and monitor loan requests and prepare loan paperwork.
• Calculate annual employer profit sharing and year-end or true up matching contributions.
• Monitor incoming receipts of monthly, quarterly and annual information from the client and investment companies.
• Process Plan terminations.
• Review documents prepared by the Documents Team for new and restated Plans to the IRS.
• Review amendments as needed.
• Handle IRS and internal client audits.
• Check work of other Pension Administrators.
• Answer questions of other Pension Administrators.
• Cover for the other Pension Administrators.
• Assist in developing forms, procedures, and other materials.
• Research special questions, new rules and regulations.
• Ensure database reports are current.
• Monitor Plans to ensure compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Consult clients on rules and regulations surrounding the administration of QDROs.
• Be available for on-site client committee meetings and annual reviews.
• Assist the Sales Team with the completion of RFPs.
• Assist the Conversion Team with the set up of new clients.
• Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position, ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in a timely fashion.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Good customer service, communication, and analytical skills.
• Must be highly organized with an attention to detail.
• Must have solid project management experience and the ability to multitask.
• Must be knowledgeable with computers and have the ability to work well with others.
• A minimum of 3 years related experience necessary, as well as experience in Pension Plan Administration and Retirement Industry knowledge.

The Human Resources Analyst (HR Analyst) works across all HR areas to support the efficient delivery of a variety of HR initiatives. The primary focus will be on reporting, creating dashboards and developing analytic tools to support data-driven decision making and continuous process improvement across the Human Resources function. • Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, Employee Health, HR Business Partners, Talent, and other HR stakeholders to understand key performance indicators or reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
• Develop and prepare visually compelling dashboards and presentations for senior management to provide insights into measures such as recruitment, retention, turnover and benefits, etc.
• Analyze HR data trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
• Design and implement data collection tools from HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Implement information management processes, guidelines and templates to ensure consistent and efficient information delivery.
• Train HR team members and MVHS managers on the use of HR reporting tools and dashboards.
• Participates in other HR initiatives including system upgrades, audits, and policy reviews. Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 years of experience with reporting, analytics tools, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to interpret trends and recommend solutions.
• Highly proficient with databases, data manipulation and advanced Excel/Access functions.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work well within a team and provide support to team members.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with Lawson and SAP.
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and operations.

As a Safety Specialist supporting Telecommunication Utility projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe work practices across fiber installation, underground/overhead communication construction, small‑cell deployment, and broadband infrastructure work.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Area Managers and telecom field leadership to drive strong safety ownership and compliance throughout construction operations.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly jobsite safety visits aligned with the East Region Telecom Safety Action Plan.
• Provide technical expertise in telecom‑specific safety program implementation, including fiber‑optic handling, confined space for vault/manhole work, aerial communication line safety, and traffic control environments.
• Train and mentor staff on Daily Job Briefs (DJBs), telecom safety paperwork, and safe work practices unique to communications construction.
• Deliver education on safety philosophies, including underground locating, ladder/aerial lift safety, fall protection, and utility conflict mitigation.
• Implement oversight processes to ensure accuracy and integrity in safety inspections, reporting, and training related to telecom infrastructure work.
• Participate in pre‑bid and pre‑construction meetings to identify telecom‑related safety considerations such as underground utility congestion, aerial line hazards, and fiber splicing site requirements.
• Lead development of Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), Daily Job Briefings, Work Site Observation Reports, and Telecom Safety Action Plans.
• Track and verify corrective actions, investigating OSHA recordables and high‑potential telecom incidents proactively.
• Provide customer and vendor interface support on safety topics related to communications infrastructure.
• Assist Corporate and Regional leadership with additional safety initiatives within the Telecommunications Utility division.

Qualifications:

• 0-2+ years of safety experience supporting telecom, utility construction, or related field operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; CUSP or telecom‑related safety certifications highly desirable.
• Ability to travel at least 50% across telecom project sites (fiber, underground, aerial, broadband).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train, mentor, and influence telecom field teams.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30/10, RF Safety, Competent Person (Excavation/Trenching), or utility safety credentials.
