Essential Functions

  • Inspect manufactured components for conformance to specifications
  • Ability to set up and operate Vertical and Horizontal CNC Milling Machine centers, including but not limited to 3-4 axis
  • Support for programming, ensuring proper use of programs & tools
  • Ability to work from travelers, blueprints, set up sheets, drawings and/or verbal instructions as well as limited judgment and experience to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Able to use appropriate measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, plug gages, etc.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to cross-train and support the development of other employees as needed. Including actively supporting cross-training initiatives to ensure team flexibility and shared knowledge for operational continuity.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Able to understand complex machining theory and strategy
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high number of set-ups and short-run jobs

  • Ability to set-up and run multiple CNC Machines in a fast-paced environment

Performs the in-process and final inspection of products used in airframe and missile manufacturing. Analyze engineering blueprints, process specifications, shop travelers and manufacturing planning documents to determine nature and extent of inspection requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Determines most practical inspection method and technique; plans sequence of operation; selects precision measuring instruments and equipment to dimensionally inspect units. Performs surface table inspections using standard positioning, measuring and layout instruments and equipment. Uses shop mathematics, decimals and fractions in the performance of the work noted herein.
  • Conducts first article, receiving inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection assignments; visually and dimensionally inspects a wide variety of airframes parts and aerospace assemblies/components.
  • Witness's first piece part production and certifies acceptability; observes and performs in-process inspection during component build-up and sub-assembly stages; performs final assembly inspection and observes testing operations to assure quality, workmanship and strict compliance with Arrowhead, military space and commercial specifications and standards.
  • Inspects incoming metallic and fiber materials, plastic and rubber compounds for correct formulation call- out, serialization, identification, cure date and shelf life; verifies vendor and material certifications; checks heat codes, batch and lot numbers to assure product tractability; certifies the proper mixing and blending of bonding agents and adhesives. Inspects reinforced plastic and rubber products for delaminating, blisters, porosity, bond, elasticity, gauge surface smoothness and similar defects or characteristics. Checks configuration and part dimensions with or without the aid of assembly check gauges, fixtures and tooling. Prepares shipping data package for non-metal (soft goods) components/assemblies in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Monitors oven and cure processes and records temperature readings and dwell time; performs or observes pressurization and leak test using plant air, nitrogen and helium.
  • Prepare rework tags, inspection reports and documentation. Coordinates rejection with MRB, engineering and customer representatives for depositions and process refinement. Assembles end item documentation for the review and acceptance of finished products. Prepares and maintains history files, records and reports.

The Electrician, Maintenance performs a variety of electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy (Electrical Distribution System).

Essential Duties:

  • Performs maintenance and repair of electrical equipment such as generators, transformers, switchboards, controllers, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment.
  • Troubleshoots and makes repairs when large power interruptions occur as well as preventing such outages from occurring.
  • Tests electrical systems and equipment for the integrity and proper function.
  • Works from blueprints, drawings, and maps; locates and diagnoses trouble in the electrical systems or equipment using a variety of electricians hand tools and measuring and testing instruments.
  • Performs maintenance and repair on multiple exterior lighting systems. These systems include streetlight/parking lot lights and traffic lights.
  • Performs on-call services in support of 24/7 emergency repairs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Capable of working on overhead lighting and lighting circuits and all phases of exterior electric systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Four (4) years' experience
  • Possess C-10 License
  • Must be capable of working safely on all high voltage systems, 600 volts and up, both above ground and underground.
  • Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards, and standard safety practices. Must thoroughly understand OSHA regulations and have an in-depth knowledge of electrical safety related to high/medium voltage electricity (NEC and NFPA 70E).

This is a unique "any experience" opening: we are equally interested in Entry-Level Attorneys eager to build a career in a specialized field, and Lateral Associates from other litigation backgrounds (such as General Liability or PI) looking to pivot into complex, multi-party construction disputes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Manage all phases of construction defect litigation, representing developers, general contractors, or subcontractors in residential and commercial disputes.
  • Discovery: Draft and respond to discovery requests, including complex document productions involving blueprints, job files, and inspection reports.
  • Depositions: Prepare for and conduct depositions of plaintiffs, expert witnesses (engineers, architects), and site personnel.
  • Expert Collaboration: Work closely with forensic experts to identify structural deficiencies, water intrusion issues, and standard-of-care violations.
  • Advocacy: Draft and argue substantive motions (Demurrers, Summary Judgment) and attend court hearings and mediations.

Requirements

  • Credentials: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active license in good standing with the California Bar.
  • Litigation Interest: A strong desire to master the "nuts and bolts" of construction—you must be comfortable learning how buildings are built and where they fail.
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional research and writing skills are required for handling the dense motion practice characteristic of construction law.
  • Organization: Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment where cases involve dozens of parties and thousands of pages of technical documents.
  • Travel: Willingness to attend on-site inspections and property "walk-throughs" with experts as needed.
