A boutique litigation firm is seeking a labor and employment defense attorney to join its Orange County office.

Highlights:

• Gain experience in: Litigation, advice and counsel, policy and handbook drafting, and workplace investigations
• No Billable Requirement (attorneys on average bill approximately 125/month
• Base Salary: $180K-$220K
• Bonus: Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance

Required Qualifications:

• 6 to 12 years of defense L&E experience
• JD from an accredited university
