Summary of Position
The Manager, Tax is responsible for global tax reporting and compliance activities for the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare/review domestic and foreign quarterly and annual tax provision along with SEC disclosures under US GAAP and ASC 740
- Monitor worldwide tax legislation and accounting guidance to ensure proper tax reporting
- Identify, monitor, document uncertain tax positions
- Responsible for ETR and cash tax forecasting, partnering with other teams I finance
- Manage US income tax compliance for domestic entities, including quarterly estimates and extensions
- Coordinate with foreign controllers on international tax compliance, provision and cash taxes
- Maintain effective controls over all tax processes
- Perform tax research and prepare memoranda as needed
- Identify tax savings opportunities
- Participate in review/integration of acquisitions
- Manage various tax audits and notice responses
- Work effectively across departments for various tax and business needs
- Manage transfer pricing analyses and R&D projects
- Assist with state registrations and annual reports
- Responsible for tax language in SEC filings
- Stay current on technology opportunities for automation/efficiency opportunities
- Perform other duties as required

The base salary range for this position is$120,000 - $135,000. This role leads the design, marketing, and implementation of middleโmarket insurance programs for complex clients. The Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor, guiding strategic risk transfer decisions and owning the client relationship from initial planning through renewal. How You Will Contribute
- Own and manage an existing book of business while supporting new client opportunities, with full responsibility for client strategy, retention, and growth.

The Assistant Nursing manager is a Registered Nurse (RN) who has responsibility for the supervision of patient care, clinical personnel, and unit operations. This position supervises a work group to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective patient and family centered care is provided in support of the hospital's strategic plan, and the function's goals and objectives.

This position works collaboratively with functional leadership and is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the assigned department including off shift and weekend supervision of nursing and non-licensed staff. Overview
The Womenโs Business Development Council (WBDC) is seeking a driven and passionate part-time HR Coordinator to The HR Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the Chief Financial & People Officer. This role supports internal HR operations while assisting with the coordination of outsourced HR and payroll activities, ensuring timely information flow, data accuracy, and compliance support. This position is administrative in nature and does not provide legal advice or independent HR decision-making.
This part time role would work up to 24 hours a week. At least one day/week will be worked from our offices in Stamford, Hartford or Waterbury, and the remaining days can be done remotely. Travel around the state and to our offices (Stamford, Hartford, Waterbury and New London) may be required. The salary range for the role is $22-$27 hour, commensurate with experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Internal HR Support
โข Support day-to-day HR administrative operations under direction of the Chief Financial & People Officer
โข Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system setup
โข Maintain employee personnel files and HRIS records
โข Assist with benefits administration support and employee inquiries
โข Assist with HR communications and internal reporting
โข Schedule HR meetings and maintain calendars and task tracking for the Chief Financial & People Officer
โข Coordinate exchange of employee data, payroll changes, and benefits information
โข Assist with onboarding/offboarding submissions
โข Prepare payroll in conjunction with HRCG
โข Support audits, reconciliations, and data validation as requested
โข Escalate discrepancies or complex issues to the Chief Financial & People Officer
Compliance & Confidentiality
โข Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR documentation
โข Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and client information
โข Support compliance tracking under direction of the Chief Financial & People Officer (e.g., policy acknowledgments, required forms)
โข Follow internal controls related to onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and data security
Qualifications
โข 2โ4 years of HR administrative or coordinator experience preferred
โข Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., iSolved, ADP, Paychex, UKG, etc.)
