General Manager (Confidential Search) – Manchester, CT Area

Position Overview

We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead a high-volume, guest-focused entertainment venue in the Manchester, Connecticut area.

This role is responsible for driving overall business performance while fostering a culture that is energetic, team-oriented, and centered around exceptional guest experiences. The General Manager will provide strategic leadership across operations, people development, and financial performance, ensuring the business meets and exceeds its goals.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & People Development

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team across all levels of the organization

Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (Contract)

Job Overview

Our client, The Home Depot, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide day-to-day customer communication and order support. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.

This position focuses on resolving customer concerns, monitoring order activity, and supporting customer operations through internal systems such as OrderUp and Excel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced support environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers via email, chat, and digital platforms to respond to inquiries, concerns, and order-related issues

Summary:

Town Fair Tire is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Tester to join a mid-sized team of

Software Developers, Data Scientists & Network Admins. The Tester’s primary role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house proprietary Software. Ideal candidate must have 4+ years of

experience in Manual Testing on web based applications. Testers will also be involved in software

deployment processes. This position also offers an entry level opportunity for learning or improving skills with Automation Testing utilizing Gherkin syntax on a C# codebase.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Test in-house proprietary Software for defects

 Use of Visual Studio and proprietary tools for code deployments

 Assist in creation, maintenance, and regular execution of Gherkin based Automation Scripts

coded in C#

 Drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal oversight

 Raise concerns or issues as early in the SDLC as possible

 Contribute insight on user experience concerns or ideas

 Communicate with developers and Project Owners to ensure functional and user requirements

are being met

 Document functional defects thoroughly using bug tracking and task management tools (Wrike)

 Collaborate with end users to collect data on reported defects or concerns

Requirements:

To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and

experience:

 4+ years experience in Manual Software testing

 Knowledge of quality assurance, software testing principles and practices, and understanding of

SDLC

 Experience with testing across a range of application types, including web, mobile and desktop

 Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in collaboration with Product Owners and

Developers, including verification of implemented fixes

 The ability to self-manage deliverables and communicate concerns
