Role & Responsibilities Overview:

- Implement Lakehouse‑based architectures enabling analytics, reporting, and ML workloads.

Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics platform design.
- Strong hands on experience of at least 5 years with Azure services.
- Good understanding of P&C insurance data domains (policy, claims, underwriting, actuarial, billing).
- Expertise in data modeling (dimensional, canonical, semantic models).
- Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and modern data engineering frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Power BI, Databricks, or Azure Synapse.
- Familiarity with modern data architecture concepts (data mesh, data fabric, Lakehouse).

NJ Data Center growing Information Technology/Design/Engineer Firm is seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator is responsible for managing the administrative tasks and logistical aspects of data center construction or expansion projects, including coordinating with various teams, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of project activities under the guidance of a project manager, all while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints; essentially acting as the organizational backbone for the project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support project team on all administrative tasks and duties.
- Heavy client/vendor/supplier interaction.
- Preparation of spreadsheet reports, contracts documents, purchase and change order requests, presentations, and correspondence.
- Receive, maintain and distribute submittals, RFI’s, shop drawings and establish project log to record receipt and disposition of same.
- Coordinate project meetings and travel arrangements.
- Maintain electronic and manual database of all project files and archives.
- Other responsibilities normally performed in the execution of a Project Administrator position according to standard Architectural/Engineering industry practices.

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Suppression Service Technician to inspect, service, test, and maintain suppression systems, including, but not limited to fire extinguisher and kitchen hoods. Customer and employee interface require a high degree of effective human relations. Communication skills, both verbal and written are important elements of the position.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
- Inspect, service, test, and maintain fire suppression systems, including fire extinguishers and kitchen hoods.
- Complete basic to standard level complexity repair of fire extinguishers, systems cylinders, and DOT-specified cylinders.
- Produce detailed commissioning and inspection reports in accordance with NFPA.
- Responsible for complex troubleshooting and effective resolution.
- Responsible for vehicle inventory.
- Ensure facility and inventory is kept in a safe and orderly state.
- Provide support, guidance, and expertise to the other technicians.
- Ability to manage job scheduling and job progress in an efficient and cost-effective manner, with a strong focus on quality.
