About the Role

Providing our customers with a safe, top notch technical customer service, maintenance and repair is the #1 priority of a Service Technician. You will travel to customers within a territory which allows you to meet new people and be home every night. Get to see interesting things that most people don’t get to see at area companies, as compressed air is a utility that is essential to the production of every business!

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations within a designated territory.
• Provide technical customer service, maintenance, and repair.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, 100-point inspections, vibration monitoring, thermal imaging, and VSD troubleshooting.
• Be included in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Occasionally travel overnight to assist at another Brabazon branch.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and internet usage.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, sometimes up to 100 pounds.

Required Skills

• Basic hand tools.

Preferred Skills

• No experience required for Apprenticeship Level Service Technician.
• 7+ years of experience for Experienced Level Service Technician.

Pay range and compensation package

Our starting wage range for the Apprenticeship Level Service Technician is $26+ per hour plus the benefits package detailed above. For the Experienced Level Service Technician, our starting wage range is $29+ per hour plus the benefits package detailed above.

Role Overview

A global healthcare technology company is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will support digital programs targeting healthcare professionals, helping move them from awareness to deeper engagement while enabling sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, QA, and deploy emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio), ensuring brand accuracy and mobile responsiveness.
• Configure and manage multi-step journeys in Journey Builder, including timing, wait steps, and entry rules.
• Use Decision Splits and basic branching logic to personalize paths based on engagement and audience criteria.
• Create and maintain data extensions, segmented audiences, and suppression lists; perform basic data validation.
• Set up and monitor basic automations in Automation Studio (imports, file drops, audience refreshes).
• Pull performance metrics (delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes) and support A/B tests for continuous optimization.
• Partner with marketing, creative, compliance, analytics, and sales to deliver campaigns on time and within established processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–5 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable email/automation platform.
• Working knowledge of Email Studio and Journey Builder (email builds, send configuration, journey setup, data extensions).
• Strong attention to detail and QA discipline with comfort working in data-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Automation Studio (scheduled workflows, imports, file drops, audience refresh).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud reporting and using exported data to summarize performance.
• Basic HTML/CSS for minor email edits and troubleshooting rendering issues.
• Experience working within structured intake, build, QA, and approval workflows; strong communication and organization skills.

This long-term contract is ideal for a detail-oriented marketer who enjoys hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud work and wants to deepen their expertise in email and journey execution within a large, mission-driven organization.

This position is responsible for implementing the title services program in the Office of Land Management by providing state-wide assistance to MnDOT in securing good and marketable title to the real estate the agency acquires.

Duties include:

• Implementing the title services program in the Office of Land Management by traveling to various counties within the State of Minnesota to research and analyze the land records for tracts of land and preparing a title opinion based upon principles of real estate law, including Minnesota Title Standards.
• Reviewing title opinions, field title reports, market data reports, and other supporting documents and applying legal knowledge to determine the legal interests for direct purchase and condemnation.
• Providing direct purchase support, including preparation of acquisition documents, advising on methods to resolve title defects and the risks associated with each proposed method, and the effect of a particular interest on MnDOT's ability to acquire.
• Providing legal advice on property management matters, including conveyances, permits, leases, and agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing real estate documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing proposed legislation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal research and analysis, writing, and client counseling experience
• Experience related to legal descriptions, sufficient to prepare a title opinion for the acquisition of real property

• Experience preparing title opinions and/or title commitments for real property
