What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead design development and BIM coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Model ductwork (supply, return, exhaust, outside air)
• Coordinate hydronic piping (chilled water, hot water, condenser water)
• Design refrigerant piping systems (VRF / split systems where applicable)
• Layout mechanical rooms (AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAVs, heat exchangers, etc.)
• Manage coordination cycles and resolve clashes across structural, electrical, fire protection, and architectural trades
• Update models based on RFIs, submittals, and field conditions
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical input

• Strong Revit & AutoCAD 3D experience (Required)

The Nursing home provides long term care and short term rehabilitation to adults and geriatrics including Wound care, Memory care, Respiratory, IV services, Diagnostics and Pain management. You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
