Compassus Home Health is seeking an exceptional sales executive to serve as Vice President of Growth – West Division. Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required. Candidates must bring 7 to 10 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in home health or an adjacent healthcare industry. A demonstrated ability to lead large, geographically dispersed sales teams across multiple states or territories is essential, along with a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing talent, and delivering new business in complex, multi-market environments. National or sector-level sales leadership experience and KOL relationship management experience in home health or post-acute care are strongly preferred. This is a full-time role based in Seattle (Fremont), WA.

The base salary range for this role is $274,900 to $292,125 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
