The IMS Systems Lab Test engineer will primarily work on testing and validating IMS Network Applications on the Operator Private Cloud Platform.

POSITION SUMMARY
We are partnering with a very busy and thriving manufacturing company in Redmond, WA that is seeking to hire several Production Specialists. This is a long-term position and would start ASAP. Must have mechanical aptitude, good work ethic, and positive attitude.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assemble equipment components, sub-assemblies and accessories.
· Fit brackets, fasteners, parts, and sub-assemblies onto structures by placing them in a specified relationship to each other.
· Operate a variety of handheld and power-assisted tools and production fixtures.
· Prepare equipment units completed for sale by cleaning, attaching signage, and custom lettering, and test operation
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Must have good work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and positive attitude.
· 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
· Ability to effectively use basic hand and power tools.
· Ability to effectively follow both verbal and written communication.
· Ability to work in a timed fast-paced environment.
· Work in a manufacturing environment that requires the ability to move materials up to 50 pounds.

SCC is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Director of Development to build and lead a comprehensive and sustainable fundraising program that supports the organization’s continued growth and impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Development will design and manage all aspects of SCC’s development strategy, driving more than $1.2M in annual philanthropic revenue while deepening engagement with donors, families, corporate partners, and the broader community.
The Director of Development is a key strategic partner to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, working closely with staff, volunteers, and member families to advance SCC’s fundraising vision. The Director of Development will oversee the Development Coordinator and serve as a compelling ambassador for SCC’s mission, ensuring fundraising efforts authentically reflect the voices and achievements of the young adults SCC serves.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SCC’s comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve and grow $1.2M+ in annual philanthropic revenue
- Oversee all fundraising initiatives, including the Inspiration Dinner and Auction, year-end campaigns, and individual, corporate, and foundation giving
- Cultivate, solicit, and steward a diversified portfolio of donors and partners
- Partner with the Executive Director, Board, and Development Committee on major gift strategy and donor engagement
- Lead new strategic initiatives, such as legacy and planned giving programs, to expand long-term philanthropic support
- Develop fundraising communications and oversee donor data, reporting, and analytics to inform strategy
- Supervise development staff and volunteers, ensuring effective operations and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience, demonstrated success in events, individual giving, major gifts, or campaign management
- Proven track record of successful major gift cultivation and solicitation
- Proven ability to design and execute effective fundraising strategies and grow philanthropic revenue
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a high-level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in donor-facing storytelling
- Experience managing donor databases and using data to inform fundraising strategy
- Passion for advancing inclusion, independence, and community for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
