EMPLOYEMENT TYPE: Contract-To-Hire
JOB SITE: Redmond, WA
PAY RATE RANGE: $22-24.52/hr (DOE)
SHIFT: M-TH Day Shift (4x10s)
EXTENSION/CONVERSION: Eligible

POSITION SUMMARY
We are partnering with a very busy and thriving manufacturing company in Redmond, WA that is seeking to hire several Production Specialists. This is a long-term position and would start ASAP. Must have mechanical aptitude, good work ethic, and positive attitude.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
ยท Assemble equipment components, sub-assemblies and accessories.
ยท Fit brackets, fasteners, parts, and sub-assemblies onto structures by placing them in a specified relationship to each other.
ยท Operate a variety of handheld and power-assisted tools and production fixtures.
ยท Prepare equipment units completed for sale by cleaning, attaching signage, and custom lettering, and test operation
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
ยท Must have good work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and positive attitude.
ยท 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment a plus.
ยท Ability to effectively use basic hand and power tools.
ยท Ability to effectively follow both verbal and written communication.
ยท Ability to work in a timed fast-paced environment.
ยท Work in a manufacturing environment that requires the ability to move materials up to 50 pounds.
