The BIM/VDC Support Specialist supports project teams by assisting with the creation, organization, and maintenance of drawing and model deliverables using BIM tools. Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Leadership
- Lead all on-site construction activities and daily field operations
- Maintain full accountability for timely project completion
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
- Conduct pre-construction and weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
- Provide direction, resolve conflicts, and maintain productivity across trades
Scheduling & Documentation
- Develop and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project
- Schedule subcontractors within the critical path to ensure timely completion
- Maintain daily jobsite logs documenting progress and activities
- Manage submittals, track approvals, and maintain organized jobsite records
- Communicate effectively regarding RFIs, ASIs, and material submittals
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with approved plans, specifications, and local codes
- Identify and resolve constructability issues before execution
- Perform ongoing quality control inspections
- Issue notices of non-compliance when required
- Develop and manage punch lists to ensure proper project closeout
Safety & Regulatory Coordination
- Enforce Prospect Constructionβs Safety and Health policies
- Monitor jobsite safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Ensure subcontractors comply with contractual scope and safety requirements
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions
- Assist in obtaining permits and approvals as needed
Preconstruction & Support
- Assist in budgeting, bidding, estimating, and subcontract awards
- Support contract administration and project cost awareness
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable heavy civil construction experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (required)
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Estimating experience preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership and subcontractor management experience
- Experience in planning, negotiations, and contract administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify deficient work and drive resolution

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill programmer specializing in Mills to work from supplied documentation to create programs, manufacture one off and prototype components for a multitude of applications across a variety of industries. We have a strong history in the machining market in Seattle with our campus covering over 250,000 square feet of manufacturing space. You will be challenged with exotic metals, prototypes, gears, splines, and other unique projects every day.
Responsibilities:
- Write and/or modify CNC programs and instructions for Mill, and multi-axis / mill-turn machined parts utilizing Siemens NX.
- Ability to write and / or modify programs for weldments, assemblies and billets.
- Analyze job orders, drawings, blueprints, specifications, and design data to determine the appropriate machine tool, work holding and cutter selection.
- Coordinate program start-ups in manufacturing, assist in troubleshooting and provide recommendations for manufacturability.
- Observe machine trial runs or conduct computer simulations to ensure programs and machinery function as needed.
Skills:
- 5 β 10 years CNC Mill programming.
- Previous experience working in a job-shop manufacturing environment.
- Expert hands-on knowledge of CAD/CAM and Siemens NX software operation.
- An expert level of programming prototype / one off components on 3 and 4-axis mills, and multi-axis mill-turn machines.
- Working knowledge of tool path creation, speeds/feeds, cutting tool selection
- Professional approach; collaborating with other team members ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and continuity.

This position is for a P6 CPM Scheduler position for major capital improvement projects in the greater Seattle area supporting Transportation, (ports, airports, rail) and Infrastructure projects. These will be onsite/hybrid jobs but you need to be living in the Seattle area...These positions are NOT REMOTE.
Duties:
- Monitor project progress against an established baseline; prepare analyses for staff and stakeholders identifying critical paths, near critical paths, milestone impacts, phasing shifts and potential trends.
- Evaluate requests for time extensions.
- Develop and analyze schedule resources and cost loading.
- Time impact analysis of schedule changes, identify schedule variances and opportunities.
- Management of claims issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field is preferred.
- 10 years of scheduling experience supporting active construction projects, preferably terminal renovation work in either ports, rail or airport. .
- Experience with large-scale, complex construction projects, including roadways, underground utilities and/or other heavy civil projects.
- Experience with Primavera P6 and large-scale construction management software such as Prolog.
- Experience with Primavera Risk Analysis is preferred.

Job Summary
Rush Commercial Construction, Inc., is currently seeking a proven advanced Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established regional construction company that specializes in Class A office, healthcare, multifamily developments and senior housing. The ideal Project Engineer is in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.
- Able to use Timberline Estimating for take-off quantities, compile estimate content and put together small change order and TI estimates
- Use design decision log to track impact of owner changes on estimates between phases (conceptual, DD and GMP), assisting PM
- Help PM develop appropriate value-oriented options for cost savings or making project more constructible
- Support subcontractor prequalification
- Help PM attract and evaluate bids for the project, develop instructions to bidders
- Develop knowledge around environmentally sound practices, consider LEED certification
- Help meet permit submission requirements such as storm water discharge, site plans, logistic plans (in coordination with superintendent)
- Make sure plans and specifications are complete and ready to bid and build from

Project Engineer Site Office responsibilities
- Understand prime contract
- Helps PM draft subcontracts in timely and thorough manner (60 day goal)
- Clean up all PCOβs monthly and convert to owner change (SPE)
- Issues all subcontract COβs within a month of getting approved owner change order (SPE). Be able to draft minor subcontract agreements as PE. Complete support estimates for PM
- Own RFI process from initial identification of issue to closeout
- Own submittal log and submittal review process, understand key coordination issues for each trade
- Work to perfect delivery schedules with each sub, monitor compliance
- Track unit price work quantities or T and M receipts (with appropriate PM approval and process)
- Learn how to update and monitor progress against goals
- Note potential impacts and delays of owner activities, particularly if PM not on site
- Record minutes for all meetings, record all decisions made and responsibilities
- Provide weekly progress report via e mail
- Keep your eye out for safety violations and report to Superintendent (immediately)
- Support billing process as requested
- Develop understanding of cost control procedures
- Elevate any issues of concern to PM and Superintendent
- Promptly respond to owner questions and concerns

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $95,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
