Your Role
As an Attorney in our General Liability practice group, you will play an integral role in the success of our cases, clients, and the firm. Your responsibilities include:

POSITION SUMMARY
As Senior Counsel you will be responsible for managing a wide range of transactions and strategic projects, with a particular focus on mergers, acquisitions, and investments.
