Duties
During the course of their careers, Secret Service Police carry out assignments in protection. Duties include:
- Providing protection for The White House Complex, The Vice President's Residence, The Main Treasury Building and Annex, and foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area.
- Traveling in support of the Presidential, Vice Presidential, and foreign heads of state/government missions.
- Enforcing mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license.
- Must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and under 40 at referral. Exceptions may apply for those with current or prior service in federal law enforcement positions covered by special retirement provisions. The Secret Service has determined that age is essential to the performance of this position.
- Carry and use a firearm. Maintaining firearm proficiency is also mandatory.
- Possess uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular. Possess corrected visual acuity of 20/20 or better in each eye.
- Hearing loss, as measured by an audiometer, must not exceed 25 decibels (A.S.A. or equivalent I.S.O.) in either ear in the 500, 1000, and 2000 Hz ranges. Applicants must be able to hear the whispered voice at 15 feet with each ear without the use of a hearing aid.
- Submit to a drug test prior to your appointment and random drug testing while you occupy the position.

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Reporting directly to the Head of Global Retail Sales, this role will own the development and execution of retail sales strategy across North America, serving as the primary driver of performance, retailer partnerships, and in-market execution.

What You'll Do
Retail Sales Execution: Thought parter to develop the North American retail sales strategy and lead execution across all key partners, aligning brand objectives, retailer priorities, and financial targets.
Retailer Relationship Management: Act as the execution day-to-day contact for North American retail partners, building trusted relationships with merchants, planners, and site merchandising teams.
Sales Target Management: Own NA sales forecasts, translating and adjusting topline goals into actionable plans by channel to meet targets.
Retail Marketing & Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative and visual merchandising vendors to ensure cohesive storytelling, impactful visuals, seamless integration of sales initiatives, and flawless execution of newness, exclusives and hero programs.
Retail Channel Promotion Management: Own the retail promotional and exposure calendar, including securing and executing launches, core programs, sampling, store openings, animations, digital and in-store placements, and co-op investments.
Sales & Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance and key retail KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize future strategies and investments.
Competitive & Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to continuously refine sales strategies and maintain brand differentiation.
Budget Management: Own and manage retail-related budgets, including merchandising, sampling, and co-op investments. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and strong ROI in partnership with merchants, production, creative, operations, and supply chain teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product marketing, creative, marketing, planning and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between product launches, promotional plans, and retail execution. What You'll Do
Supply & Inventory Planning
- Develop and maintain short- and mid-term supply plans aligned to demand forecasts and production capacity
- Monitor inventory levels across finished goods and components to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Execute replenishment planning to support service level targets and working capital goals
- Identify supply risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
- Create and manage purchase orders and production schedules in alignment with lead times and capacity constraints
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Track production status and escalate delays or constraints as needed
- Coordinate inbound shipments from domestic and international suppliers to ensure on-time arrival to warehouses and 3PL partners

As Sr. Retention Marketing Manager, you'll lead our CRM and lifecycle marketing programs-from email and SMS to loyalty and subscription. You'll be at the center of how we increase repeat purchase, deepen brand love, and build long-term customer value.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale our retention strategyacross email, SMS, and emerging CRM channels, developing a comprehensive roadmap in line with the integrated calendar
- Build and optimize customer lifecycle journeys and automations-from lead gen and welcome to replenishment and win-back-to drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and brand education
- Manage campaign execution end-to-end: from strategy, briefing, building, QA, segmentation, and A/B testing across Klaviyo and Postscript
- Partner with creative, ecommerce, and brand marketing teams to brief and deploy new retention campaigns and programs-building feedback loops along the way to ensure continued performance improvements across channels
- Launch and lead loyalty and subscription programs-owning the RFP process,3rd party platform/partner management, strategy, execution, and reporting
- Create reporting frameworks for measuring retention performance across site + channels, focusing on KPIs like list growth, repeat rate, LTV, lapsed/churn, and customer cohorts
- Support ecommerce team with onsite retention strategy, including personalization, review generation, post-purchase surveys, and email/sms sign-up touchpoints.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance across Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript, and additional tools
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, performance marketing, communications, or other related field
- 6+ years in retention or lifecycle marketing-DTC or beauty industry experience preferred
- Required: technical, hands-on knowledge of ESP (Klaviyo preferred), SMS platforms (Postscript/Attentive preferred), and email deliverability best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Comfortable working in Shopify and loyalty/subscription tools like Recharge or Loyalty Lion
- Experience launching or scaling loyalty or subscription programs
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with CRM dashboards, test plans, and customer data
- A creative eye with proficiency in Figma-able to collaborate effectively on design and copy
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
