Flight Software links together the mechanical, avionics, algorithmic, and embedded worlds to actually make the airplane fly. As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer, you will develop the test cases to support the test verification processes ensuring that the aviation products we develop are safe to fly and help provide a high-fidelity training environment for our flight-test crews.

Responsibilities

As a Flight Software Test V&V Engineer on the Simulation and Test Systems team, you will be instrumental in testing and deploying autonomous aircraft software. The Simulation and Test Systems team architects, builds, and maintains the hardware and software infrastructure necessary to verify aircraft performance prior to flight testing. Your responsibilities include verifying flight software functionality across diverse integrated test environments, such as software-in-the-loop (SIL), hardware-in-the-loop (HITL), and on-aircraft testing. You will also author and execute test procedures for on-ground aircraft testing.

A key part of this role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated test scripts within our test ecosystem. These scripts will support functional testing and requirements-driven software tests necessary for FAA certification.

This is a highly collaborative, hands-on position. You will coordinate with engineering teams throughout the company to develop test plans, execute tests, investigate issues, and drive problems to closure. You will also be responsible for the maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of test and simulation equipment.

Basic Success Criteria

• 3+ years professional experience testing software

• 3+ years professional experience Python and exposure to C++ build systems

In your role as a system integration engineer, you will get to own vehicle level projects through the planning, design, and testing phases of development. The harness engineer is a very cross-functional role at the convergence of the avionics, mechanical, integration, and production teams, with significant hands-on work designing, building, integrating, and testing our harnesses, enclosures, and mounting hardware; expect to broaden your design and application experience.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Harness Engineer you will work with the avionics, mechanical, and integration teams to define the harnessing design, including routing, component selection, and manufacturing and integration processes. You'll be responsible for the detailed design of both flight and test harnesses, and you'll be working with the production technicians and A&Ps to get the harnesses built and installed on the aircraft. As a Lead Test Pilot you will have a senior leadership role within the flight operations team at Reliable Robotics. You will provide direction to the team, and be a leading voice to help guide the development of our safety enhancing technology. You will work in a highly collaborative environment and coordinate with multiple engineering teams across the company to develop and execute flight test plans.

Responsibilities

In your role as Lead Test Pilot, your primary role will be to lead a team of highly motivated flight test pilots and engineers. You will also be responsible for developing and safely executing flight test plans in support of research and development efforts, and will fly the aircraft in both onboard and remote configurations. You will coordinate the training and scheduling of contract pilots, and help to ensure that all aspects of experimental flight operations are set up for safety and success. You will coordinate with Reliable's Part 135 airline operations to support standardization of pilot procedures across the organization. Throughout the development process, you will be instrumental in the execution of flight tests, data reviews, and proper operation of the system.

Basic Success Criteria

• FAA Commercial Pilot ASEL with 1500 total flight hours, including at least 500 fixed wing and 500 turbine engine

• Experience performing a secondary skillset while piloting (e.g. tactical aircraft, firefighting, cropdusting, SAR, ISR, law enforcement, etc.)

• Current Second Class FAA Medical Certificate or higher

• 2+ years of experience in an aviation leadership role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The NPI Materials Planner ensures material readiness for prototype and early production builds. This person manages end-to-end material visibility — tracking shortages, reconciling inventory, and coordinating with Engineering, Contract Manufacturers, and cross-functional teams. The role requires quick thinking, high attention to detail, and strong analytical and reporting skills to keep builds on schedule.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of materials planning or supply chain coordination experience within Semiconductor and Contract Manufacturing

- 2+ years of experience working with a CM (contract manufacturer)

- SAP experience (reviewing MRP output, material movements, shortages, and delivery notes)

- Advanced Excel skills — must build and manage reports with pivot tables, formulas, and data summaries

- Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and resolve discrepancies quickly

- Exceptional communication and collaboration across global teams (Engineering, Operations, Asia-based Planners)

- Proven ability to manage multiple NPI builds with urgency and accuracy

- Understanding of BOM structure and build readiness reports

Semiconductor, hardware, or electronics manufacturing experience

The ideal candidate will have a solid background supporting both Mac and Windows enterprise environments (over 500 end users), with a stronger emphasis on Mac. Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, Github, Gitlab administration, GenAI LLM platform administration are needed. White-glove support supporting VIPs/executives is highly preferred.

The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the respective office location.
• Ensure that the physical IT technology in the office is operational (e.g. AV rooms, wifi, badge readers, cameras, etc).
• Oversee the suite of collaboration tooling in use and ensure end users have great experiences using the tools provided.
• Work to improve the procurement and asset management practices for IT hardware and software.
• Be responsible for the physical inventory of computer assets, and ensure the local equipment is tracked efficiently and securely.
• Work with Finance and IT leadership to manage budgets and costs for IT spend.
• Work with the broader IT team to provide training, documentation, and learning opportunities to peers and IT staff on support processes and techniques.
• Execute standard Onboarding & Offboarding processes for employees joining and leaving the company.
• Engage directly with employees and internal users who are experiencing IT related service issues. Resolve incidents such as network access, hardware break/fix, and software related problems as well as execution of defined service requests (e.g., installing licensed software, provisioning user access to software applications).
• Use defined escalation processes to escalate support issues that require staff with specialized skills or higher-level administrative permissions to resolve.
• Utilize standard operation procedures (SOPs) to perform routine tasks and work with engineering teams to define new SOPs for common support functions.
• Participate in after-hours, on-call support rotation.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of IT end user support experience in a Mac focused environment (80% Mac/20% Windows)
• Prior experience providing Desktop Support at Tier 2 levels as well as being in an active member of an on-call support rotation.
• Experience using desktop imagining and MDM tools, such as Intune, SmartImager, Imperious, and SmartDeploy.
• Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, PDA devices, desktop software, Windows 10 and 11, O365, anti-virus, internet browsers, and network connectivity.
• Hands-on experience working with and updating support tickets in a ticket management platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira.
• Customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and support to internal customers.

The estimated pay range for this position is USD $39.00/Hr. - USD $42.00/Hr.

TITLE: LOGISTICS AND MATERIAL PLANNER

FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT

REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Operations Support Manager, the Logistics and Material Planner plays a critical role in optimizing the daily functions of the Stores department. In this capacity, this position will support various functions such as inventory management, materials and material handling, storage, and logistics. This position requires excellent skills in collaboration and communication as well as organization and planning.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Review and analyze inventory to ensure materials meet operational requirements and there is no overstock or shortages; uses inventory management system (Oracle) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Continuously monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify and address areas of concern
• Use critical thinking to manage competing priorities and easily adapts to changing business requirements
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits; recommend corrective action if required
• Oversee and execute receiving process to ensure incoming materials match PO’s and meet quality requirements; oversee the shipping of repairs to outside vendors as needed
• Maintain organized storage systems within the Stores area to ensure all materials are labeled correctly and readily available
• Recommend continuous improvement activities which consistently improve the Stores function using industry best practices
• Manage small projects of various size, scope, and budget
• Collaborate with the Operations Support Manager to review and develop policies and procedures for the Stores area
• Partner with other departments and stakeholders such as Equipment Maintenance, Production, and Purchasing to ensure efficient support for internal processes
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery or material discrepancies
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned by management*

Job Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree in business administration, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain/Procurement and/or equivalent relevant experience
• Five years of experience in inventory management or procurement in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using an ERP system such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Applications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and purchasing principles and practices, including reviewing purchase requisitions, on time delivery, supplier management, and cost reduction initiatives
• Knowledge and experience to use an ERP application such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP to manage and maintain inventory levels

The annual base salary for this full-time position is between $92,930.00-$136,661.00 + bonus target + benefits. Within the range the individual pay may differ depending on additional factors including job responsibilities, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, education, and experience. The annual pay range shown is subject to change and may be modified periodically.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Logistics and Material Planner works primarily in a warehouse/office environment from Monday to Friday. The schedule may be altered from time-to-time to meet business or operational needs; may travel from building-to-building as needed. Stands, sits, and walks; performs various fine grasping movements, bends, and twists; operates a computer and enters information using a keyboard, operates a telephone, and other office equipment. May occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 10 or more pounds.

About the Role

Zac is seeking his first-ever dedicated Executive Personal Assistant, someone who will sit in-office daily and serve as his operational right hand across both his professional and personal life. This is a highly dynamic, judgment-intensive role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership, and moves fast without cutting corners.

The company has scaled from 5 to 24 people, is navigating a major growth phase, and the CEO's time is at a premium. The EPA will be the connective tissue between Zac's work calendar, his home, and the people who depend on him including his team, his wife, and their two young children.

This role is for someone who takes deep pride in execution, anticipates needs, and finds satisfaction in making a founder's life seamlessly functional.

Key Responsibilities

EXECUTIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT

• Own and manage Zac's calendar end-to-end, syncing professional commitments with personal obligations and stakeholder availability (including his wife's schedule)
• Triage Zac's inbox (Superhuman), draft responses, create templates, and escalate only when necessary
• Act as the team-facing point of contact in Slack collect action items owed to Zac, track deliverables, and produce a daily/weekly digest
• Prepare meeting briefs, talking points, pre-reads, and post-meeting follow-ups
• Run light contract review read NDAs and agreements for anything unusual before routing to Zac or General Counsel
• Plan and coordinate quarterly offsites: 2 in SF, 1 in NY, and 1 international destination per year including hotels, travel, agendas, and team logistics
• Handle office management: pantry stocking, equipment inventory, building communications, furniture orders, and vendor coordination
• Support light HR administration: run bi-weekly payroll in Rippling, obtain state tax IDs for new remote hires, complete employment verifications, and onboard new employees into company systems
• Manage vendor documentation internally track and maintain the company's vendor review workflow and records
• Research trip logistics (e.g., who Zac should meet with in NY) listen actively, ask smart questions, and pull in relevant team members
• Support compliance training logistics and internal documentation as needed

PERSONAL & HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT

• Manage and coordinate vendor relationships for the Balboa Terrace residence.
• Manage both vehicles: service appointments, registration, insurance, and roadside issues
• Oversee the SF rental property: coordinate repairs, communicate with tenants, manage contractors
• Assist with ongoing personal errands, travel bookings, family events etc. 
• Keep personal finances organized: manage credit cards to the right accounts, track receipts, and liaise with Zac's accountant when needed
• Coordinate and maintain kids’ home school tutor’s schedules
• Source and book tickets for family activities (ski team, events, travel) without overstepping wife's ownership of trip planning

What Success Looks Like

• Zac's work calendar and personal calendar are fully in sync nothing falls through the cracks
• The office runs smoothly: snacks are stocked, equipment is ready, and team admin is off Zac's plate
• Household vendors are managed proactively Zac and his wife never have to chase anyone
• His wife notices that her own mental load has decreased
• Action items owed to Zac are tracked and followed up without him asking
• Zac is prepared for every meeting and every trip, without having to over-explain
• This person has become a trusted, discreet, indispensable partner

Ideal Candidate

• 5-8+ years of EA/PA experience supporting a founder, CEO, or high-net-worth individual in a fast-moving environment
• Background in a regulated industry (fintech, financial services, legal, or similar) is a strong plus Meanwhile operates in a compliance-heavy environment
• Exceptionally organized with strong calendar management instincts across both professional and personal domains
• High EQ and situational awareness knows when to act independently, when to ask, and when to quietly involve a spouse or third party
• Low ego, hands-on, and proud of excellent execution at every level
• Discreet and trustworthy this person will have access to the family home, financial accounts, and sensitive business information
• Strong written communicator; able to draft in Zac's voice for contracts, internal Slack messages, and vendor communications
• Comfortable being present on-site (office or home) when needed; valid driver's license required
• San Francisco-based or willing to relocate

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

• Slack, Asana, Superhuman, Rippling (or similar HRIS)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), macOS, Apple devices
• Claude / ChatGPT comfort with AI tools for research and drafting
• Nice to have: familiarity with regulated financial or compliance workflows

Work Style & Expectations

Zac's day typically runs 8am–4pm in the SF office at 44 Montgomery St, with calls starting at 8am. He is offline from 5–7pm for family time, then back online from 7–10pm. He will send Slacks and emails outside of hours responses are expected during core hours (8am–4pm) unless it's an urgent matter. He is also open to one work-from-home day per week for the right candidate.

The expectation is in-person presence whenever Zac is in the office, and continued on-site work at the office or home on days he is traveling or remote.
