Facility seeking to hire a full time general Psychiatrist for on-site services.

- Employed position- Mon Fri on-site work schedule- Adult & adolescent case load of up to 18/day; I/P adult caseload or adult & adolescent caseload for PHP/IOP setting.

- I/P Duties include: rounding, admissions, daily care of assigned patients, treatment team leadership.

- Medical Director duties available, if desired- Compensation package includes Base Compensation, Signing Bonus, Production Bonus Opportunity, Paid Malpractice Insurance, medical, dental, vision insurances, matching 401k, PTO, CME, Relocation assistance if moving, employee stock purchase program, commencement bonus.

- This location is not able to support candidates who are on PSLF loan repayment program.- Required: ND license, BC/BE in General Psychiatry

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• Join our Behavioral Health Department which includes: 1 Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, 4 Psychologists, 2 Psychotherapists
• Provide adult psychiatry services (age 18+) in the outpatient clinic setting; ability to see under age 18 if desired
• The department does not provide after-hours call coverage to the hospital or ED. The department provides ED and inpatient consultations upon limited request. The local crises team provides support to ED patients.
• Outreach opportunities at other Health clinics within daytime driving distance
• Telemedicine services may be used in the future in the Outpatient Setting
• Appointment Times: Med Checks and Rechecks 15-30. New Patients 60 minutes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
  
• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers when needed (team atmosphere where everyone helps)
  
• Operate a variety of Class B trucks 
  
• Loading and unloading of trucks
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction at time of service.
  
• Proper placarding of vehicles to meet Company and DOT requirements/regulations
  
• Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
  
• Follow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rules
  
• Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state (provincial) and federal requirements
  
• Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
  
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
  
• Performs other duties as assigned
  
• By position, ability to be on call for emergency response on rotating basis every other week
  
• By position, site-remediation, equipment decontamination, and the handling of hazardous materials.

• Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery procedures to the highest standards of care
• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues
• Collaborate with general dentists and other dental specialists to develop and execute treatment plans for patients
• Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to educate them on their treatment options and help them make informed decisions about their oral health
• Ensure that all treatment is performed in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
