Role Overview
We are hiring an Associate General Counsel, Product to serve during a period of hypergrowth. This role reports directly to the General Counsel and will focus on product, privacy, AI, and other regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities

Position Summary
The Customs Manager is responsible for providing operational leadership and compliance oversight for local customs brokerage activities. The ideal candidate will have five or more (5+) years of dedicated experience in trust, estate, and conservatorship litigation in California. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload, work closely with partners, and take a lead role in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal. Minimum billable hours are 1610/yr. Attorneys meeting or exceeding that goal may increase their earnings significantly through the firm’s tiered bonus program. Depending on billable hours, total compensation can range up to $207,000 for those at the lower end of the salary range to $245,000 at the higher end.
RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate effectively and appropriately with teachers, administration, parents and consultants/specialists, i.e. OT, mental health services, etc. Following up with Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) and Desired Results Developmental Profile (DRDP) concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 plans with teachers, parents, and other specialists. Develop, implement, and train paraprofessionals on Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Provide one-on-one support with children in the classroom to meet specific developmental goals outlined in IEPs, and develop data tracking processes to track ongoing progress towards goals.
