- You may serve as a technical expert or lead project teams to develop, test, and implement new business capabilities or process improvements.
- You will conduct research and provide architectural and technical guidance on adopting or integrating new SAP technologies.
- Additional responsibilities include validating solution designs, performing performance monitoring and capacity planning, and supporting installation, testing, and upgrading of SAP releases and related tools.
- As a functional architect, you will also:
- Define and maintain SAP SCM solution architecture standards
- Develop cross process integration designs and data flows
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security guidelines
- Review and approve functional and technical solution designs
- Influence long term SAP platform strategy and roadmap decisions
- You will evaluate and recommend new software, tools, and methodologies, and configure SAP systems to meet business needs. You are responsible for delivering all required project documentation including change requests, specifications, test results, and system validation artifacts.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Production Planning (PP/PP-PI), Quality Management (QM), and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) expertise within SAP SCM, with strong functional architecture and global supply chain implementation experience.
- Degree in IT and/or a complementary business discipline.
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience across SAP SCM process areas (PP-PI, QM, WM/EWM, Logistics, Transportation), ideally in the healthcare industry.
- Experience contributing to or leading functional solution architecture in SAP environments.
- Prior project, program, or people management experience.
- Strong problem determination and root cause analysis skills.
- Excellent collaboration and partnering skills with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in clear business language to senior leaders.

Purpose:
Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.
The Pharmacy Technician position exists to support the pharmacist(s) in completing the duties associated with entering, processing, and managing drug therapy orders, interpreting and dispensing prescriptions, maintaining patient and pharmacy records and other professional activities. The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. Sterility Assurance Technician
Location: LKC site in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in qualification and validation activities related to bioburden control strategies for facilities and equipment.
- Execute routine sterility assurance activites
- Support media fill simulations and provide documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Position Overview:
The Operator β Visual Inspection will work at our client's Manufacturing site in Kenosha County WI, where parenteral products for domestic and international markets are manufactured and packaged. The primary purpose of this role is to safely inspect high-quality pharmaceutical products in accordance with site standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) within controlled facilities.
This position requires operation of various automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, as well as performance of manual inspections. The operator is responsible for ensuring product quality while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
β’ Adhere to Parenteral Manufacturing safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
β’ Set up and operate non-aseptic manufacturing processes, including automated and semi-automated inspection equipment in controlled facilities.
β’ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and safety policies and procedures.

Position Summary
Under general direction of the Human Resources Operations Manager, ensures timely processing of workers' compensation claims; and all other medical leaves of absence (FMLA/ADA, etc.). In all cases of Worker's Compensation, evaluates accident reports in partnership with Safety team to determine accuracy and completeness and to ensure adequate investigation; ensures that Fair Oaks Foods follows applicable laws and regulations; provides training and guidance to claims coordinators in all departments.
Responsibilities
- Evaluates accident reports, in partnership with our insurer ensures the timely processing of medical bills and temporary total disability benefits, reviews medical reports, witness statements, department investigation results and other documentation. Compiles facts and data regarding accident reports and filed cases.
- Reviews accident reports with Safety to identify patterns of injury and to determine whether unsafe conditions contributed to the accident; advises departments of trends in injuries and proper safety procedures that may result in reduction of injuries; provides department with information that will aid in reducing accidents and improve safety.
- Handles the FMLA leave administration process from the employee's initial notice of the need for leave to the return to work. This includes gathering and completing all required paperwork, determining leave eligibility, designating leave as FMLA-qualifying, requesting medical certification as needed, and accounting for intermittent and reduced schedule leave use.
- Maintains reasonable communication with employees on leave to facilitate smooth and timely return to work; relays communication between employees and their managers during leave within reason.
- Advises managers and employees on the interaction of leave laws with paid time off, workers compensation, and short-term and long-term disability benefits.
- Attends seminars, conducts research and maintains liaison with individuals in the medical community and health care fields to keep abreast of current medical procedures and medications.
- Oversee the return-to-work process for employees returning from extended FMLA, workers compensation, or other leave(s).
- Facilitates other leave requests, which may include accommodation requests under the ADA.
- Administers other company time-off programs as assigned in accordance with internal policy and applicable laws.
- Maintains complete and accurate records of leave and accommodation requests in accordance with specified legal requirements and documentation of best practices.
- Preserves confidentiality of employee medical documentation and files.

A globally recognized Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their downtown Chicago office. This firm delivers complex, high profile projects across the United States and internationally, with a diverse portfolio including industrial, residential, commercial, education/public, mixed use, and hospitality developments valued up to $200M+.
This role offers the opportunity to lead large scale projects from preconstruction through completion while working within a fully integrated AEC delivery model alongside architecture, engineering, and construction teams.
The Opportunity
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overall project leadership, managing teams, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
You will oversee complex projects across multiple sectors, working closely with internal design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes on high value projects across the U.S. and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects valued up to $200M+.
- Manage projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Oversee project teams including project managers, project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate closely with architectural and engineering teams within the integrated AEC environment.
- Manage project financials including budgets, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings, reporting, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contractual requirements, and company procedures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction project management experience.
- Proven experience delivering large scale commercial, mixed use, residential, industrial, hospitality, or institutional projects.
- Experience managing projects valued $50M to $200M+.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to oversee project financials, schedules, and client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

- Ensures completion of planned maintenance work selected for the daily schedule through maintenance coordination.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring the seamless continuation of work in progress as outlined in the work schedule.
- Prompt execution of emergency work orders received directly from Operations, requiring quick decision-making and effective resource allocation.
- Holds full management responsibility for their crew, including ensuring safety compliance, maintaining high standards of work, quality and efficiency, assessing team skills, facilitating training and development, and handling administrative personnel matters.
- Will play a critical role in maintaining operational continuity and supporting the overall performance of the maintenance department.
Qualifications And Experience Requirements
- Associates degree or high is degree required
- 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance with strong skills in both electrical and mechanical support.
- 3+ years in a maintenance supervisory role
- CMT or other similar certifications are a plus
- Bilingual is desired
