General Accounting & Reconciliation:

  • Prepare weekly cash balance reports and process intra-fund transfers.
  • Maintain and analyze transfer and EFT files, including projected vs. actual collections.

Responsibilities:

  • Comply with company safety, environmental and operational policies and procedures
  • Unload shipments from inbound trucks and package delivery services
  • Verify shipments are in good condition and packing slips match the part and quantity received. Provide essential documentation to Assistant Plant Manager
  • Store all parts in the appropriate warehouse area after they have been received
  • Pull inventory from the warehouse and stage it at designated plant locations for daily production requirements
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts

Work Environment: The work environment is an indoor factory with occasional outdoor work to meet delivery/shipping vehicles and/or retrieve inventory from adjacent storage areas.

Physical Demands: The position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling and lifting for prolonged periods of time. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.

Education, Experience and Key Competencies:

  • High school degree or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of three years experience in inventory management/receiving in an industrial setting

Our Transition Team is a supplemental care unit of skilled nurses whose primary function is to quickly and efficiently get patients home while primary nursing staff are actively recruited. This team is deployed after we receive a patient referral for home care services and the patient is admitted to Maxim.

Transition Team nurses provide care for all authorized hours in a home during a provisional period between 1-90 days. During this time, our office staff will be recruiting to identify full-time, replacement home healthcare nurses. The new caregivers will have an opportunity to train and shadow in the home with the Transition Team caregivers prior to working independently with the patient. Once the replacement nurses are trained and have a schedule, the Transition Team are then phased out of the home.
