Summary of the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst hybrid to support a large, complex implementation of MAK SYSTEM and associated workflows across multiple client sites. This individual will support a Senior PM and will be responsible for requirements gathering, documentation, data conversion coordination, project tracking, and cross-functional communication across IT, lab operations, blood bank, and clinical teams.
This is a hands-on, detail-heavy role that requires both PM and BA skill sets with strong communication, documentation, and implementation experience.

POSITION SUMMARY
Jeremiah Program seeks a part-time Sr. Administrative Assistant (20 hours/week) to provide high-level administrative, logistical, and operational support to the Senior Executive Director (SED) of Residential Campuses, based in Rochester, MN. This role is a one-year commitment with the potential for continued growth and longer-term opportunities after the first year. This role supports the SED by driving alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across multiple sites.
The Sr. Administrative Assistant works closely with the assigned Senior Executive Director (SED) to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and initiatives, prepare reports and materials, and support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive & Administrative Support
- · Manage calendars and coordinate meetings across time zones and campus teams.
- · Prepare and format briefing documents, slide decks, and reports (e.g., Board updates, campus support team feedback, and funder packets).
- · Maintain task lists, deadlines, and follow-up systems to ensure projects remain on track.
- · Support travel logistics, reimbursements, and credit card reconciliations.
- · Draft and proofread correspondence, memos, and internal communications.
Meeting & Coordination Support
- · Schedule and coordinate weekly and monthly meetings for campus and national teams.

- · Support hybrid and virtual meeting facilitation (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, shared documents).
Operations & Project Support

The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. The RN will function within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, which includes accountability for planning, implementing, evaluating and communicating all phases of nursing care for assigned patients. Graduate of a nursing program, as recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). One year of RN experience required.
All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020, and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of the baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program within five years from the last day of the month of the RN start date.

Additional Qualifications:
1 year professional RN experience required.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Experience working in a team environment. Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred. Ability to work flexible hours. Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations within the work setting. Applicants with implants/devises, such as a pacemaker or defibrillator (ICD), are putting themselves at risk. Demonstrated leadership, effective communicator, and excellent critical thinking skills. License and Certification (Must obtain prior to start date):
Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
ACLS is required for this position, and can be obtained during orientation.
