Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent commercial HVAC and/or plumbing projects
• Maintain active involvement with field operations while supporting project managers and superintendents
• Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards aligned with company practices
• Lead staffing and coordination of key field positions in collaboration with construction leadership
• Manage relationships with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance while implementing corrective actions when needed
• Oversee financial performance including revenue forecasts, schedules of values, and cash flow analysis
• Identify scope changes and prepare pricing for change orders

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction (commercial HVAC and/or plumbing)
• Experience managing multiple multi-million-dollar projects simultaneously
• Strong background working for a mechanical subcontractor (not a general contractor)
• Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and make time-sensitive decisions that keep projects moving
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent field experience
• Strong financial and operational understanding of construction project delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with construction management software platforms and Microsoft Office
