About the Role
We are seeking an IT Support Technician to assist the tier 2+ client services team during a large-scale technology refresh initiative. This in-person role involves supporting end users in a walk‑up “IT Clinic” environment, resolving hardware/software issues, deploying PCs, and maintaining accurate asset records.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to client and warehouse hardware, software, OS, network configurations, server interactions, and diagnostics.

SPECIAL OPERATIONS CORPSMAN: CAREER DETAILS & REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities
Those in the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field go beyond the duties of basic Hospital Corpsman, working in austere and challenging environments while saving lives. Each of the three classifications has its own responsibilities:
Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC)
- Provide advanced medical care and operational services for Marine Reconnaissance, USMC Special Operations Forces and Navy Special Operations Command personnel, like SWCC and SEALs
- Engage as a team member in direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense and unconventional warfare
Search and Rescue Medical Technician (SMT)
- Rescue patients and deliver emergency care from the back of a helicopter
- Perform aircrew duties and En Route Care (ERC) for routine illness and emergent patients
- Provide relief and assistance in areas ravaged by catastrophic natural disasters
- Support Search and Rescue (SAR), tactical evacuation (TECEVAC), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) and Combat Search & Rescue (CSAR) for Navy and Marine Corps Aviation
Deep Sea Diving Medical Technician (DMT)
- Provide basic medicine and assist medics in prevention and treatment of diving related illnesses, injuries associated with deep sea diving and hyperbaric conditions
- Operate, test and repair all Navy diving equipment
- Perform underwater inspections, harbor/port/ship security inspections, conduct ordnance searches, rescue personnel, engage in special warfare and small boat operations
- Operate Swimmer Delivery Vehicle Dry-Deck Shelter system and submarine Lock-in/Lock-out systems
Work Environment
As a Hospital Corpsman, you have the most diverse range of work environments in the Navy. Your job will likely take you all over the world-and far out of your comfort zone. If you choose to go the Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field route, you will work in extreme and sometimes precarious conditions. From deep-sea diving to combat missions to flying in MH-60 Romeo helicopters, you will train outside the realm of conventional military forces to prepare for any mission. You may work independent of a physician or under supervision in this program.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), you'll report for specialized training including:
Hospital Corps A School (19 weeks) in San Antonio, Texas for training on basic principles and techniques of patient care and first aid procedures.
After A School, HM-ATF candidates track to one of three advanced training paths:
- Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman Pipeline (121 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to basic reconnaissance, airborne operations, combatant diving, demolitions, clinical diagnostics, advanced trauma skills, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), basic surgical anesthesia, basic veterinary medicine and basic dental exams. - Search and Rescue Medical Tech Pipeline (27 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to advanced fluid resuscitation, administration and management of Advanced Life Support medications, use of emergency medical equipment, rescue and recovery devices and patient handling. - Medical Deep Sea Diving Tech Pipeline (28 weeks)
Areas of training include but are not limited to diving physics, scuba and surface-supplied air diving, recognition and treatment of diving related illnesses.
After completing your pipeline, you'll receive your first assignment. You'll go wherever you're needed, which can be anywhere in the world. Automatic promotion opportunities are available but are competitive and based on completion of pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor. Those seeking a position as a Hospital Corpsman must be U.S. citizens.
While no college degree is required to apply for a position as a Hospital Corpsman Advanced Technical Field, a high degree of difficulty should be expected. Entry Requirements include:- Vision correctable to 20/20

We are aggressively expanding and seeking a high-energy, hunter-minded Business Development Manager who thrives on building sales pipeline, breaking into new accounts, and winning competitive deals within an assigned region.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving net-new contracts, expanding market share, and dominating their assigned territory. This remote role requires regular travel to customer sites, industry events, and tradeshows. We are looking for a candidate who is centrally located and easily accessible to a major airport.
Here are a few activities that can be expected once you’ve gained competency in Xpodigital’s suite of products and technology (we value quick studies):
- Own and exceed aggressive new business sales goals and KPIs.
- Build, manage and close a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and disciplined territory planning.
- Develop business within your assigned territory/region, working remotely and traveling regularly (approx. 30% travel or more).
- Generate and proactively hunt leads through cold and warm outreach, strategic networking, referrals, and industry events — you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.
- Break into new accounts and engage C-level, operations, and technical decision makers.
- Qualify opportunities by uncovering budget, authority, need, timeline, compelling event, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct site visits and provide signage location and design recommendations (approx. 30% travel).
- Prepare detailed proposals, lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close profitable deals.
- Develop deep product expertise to position Xpodigital as the clear solution over competitors.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting through weekly and monthly sales activity updates.
- Document all prospecting, pipeline activity, and account strategy within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless customer transition from sale to fulfillment; attend weekly Operations meetings.
- Leverage internal technical, operations, and sales resources to accelerate deal velocity and expansion opportunities.
- Represent Xpodigital at industry conferences, association meetings, and tradeshows (approx. 10% travel or more).

Salary: $160,000

Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is a key member of the Client Experience (CX) team, responsible for supporting our Project and Client
Success Managers to ensure the seamless delivery of services to our clients. This role is central to our mission of creating a worldclass client experience by ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is
passionate about contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Project Support & Coordination:
• Act as the central coordination point for multiple projects, assisting Project Managers with scheduling,
resource allocation, and tracking project deliverables.
• Liaise with clients to identify and confirm project requirements, provide status updates, and ensure all
client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, escalating to the Project Manager as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting:
▪ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes,
action items, and status reports.
▪ Track project budgets and resource time entries, ensuring data accuracy in our core systems.
• System Management:
▪ Utilize our core business systems, Salesforce and Certinia (PSA), to monitor project progress, track
financials, and manage project data.
• Process Improvement:
▪ Actively participate in our new CX operating model, supporting our Process Champions by helping to
identify process gaps and contributing to the development of new, more efficient workflows
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar administrative role.
• Solid organizational skills, including exceptional attention to detail, multitasking and time-management.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools, direct experience with Salesforce or a similar PSA tool is highly preferred.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn and grow within the project management field.
• Ability to work effectively in a flat, collaborative team structure where empowerment and direct partnership are
valued.

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on the computer.
• Occasional liftin pushing, pulling up to 15 lbs.
• Hybrid position: in-office and remote workdays.
