We are seeking a Nutritional Health Services Specialist to join our team. Your role will work under the supervision of the Manager of Nutritional Health Services. This position is responsible in cooperation with other kitchen staff for meal and snack preparation and maintaining the kitchen. This position will assist in food service preparations and distributions. In addition, assist with special events. As a member of the Nutritional Health Services team, you will work with other team members and report to our Manger of Nutritional Health Services.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Prepare meals and snacks according to assigned meals.
- Check-in and assist in storage and inventory of food.
- Assist in ensuring client count is accurately reported.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen.
- Provide coverage as needed at all our locations (Gillis and Ozanam campuses).
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of nutritional health services experience and the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening.
- Current food service permit as per city ordinance and regulations, or ability to obtain.
- A valid driver's license in the state you reside in, proof of current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

The Technical Communications & Training Specialist is responsible for translating complex product functionality into clear, usable training, documentation, and communications for both internal and external audiences. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Training & Enablement
• Design and deliver technical product training for internal teams, including onboarding, release readiness, and role-specific deep dives.
• Develop structured learning paths for Sales, Support, Customer Success, Implementation, Clinical, and other internal teams.
• Facilitate live training sessions (virtual or in-person) and create self-paced learning modules.
• Partner with Product Managers to understand upcoming releases and technical changes.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Own the creation, structure, and quality of product documentation, including:
o User guides
o Internal knowledge base articles
o Release notes / “What’s New” updates
o Quick-reference guides
o Video walkthroughs
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and updated with every release in partnership with Product Managers.
• Establish documentation standards, templates and governance processes.
External Training & Education

Technical Product Communications

• Maintain a training and communications calendar aligned with product release schedules.
• Track training effectiveness, content usage, and feedback to continuously improve materials.
• Identify gaps in product understanding and proactively address them through training or documentation.

KNOWLEDGE & REQUIREMENTS
Required:
- 4+ years' experience in training, enablement, instructional design, product documentation, or customer-facing product roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and technical details.
- Experience building structured content such as guides, decks, scripts, or e-learning materials.
- Confident in delivering live training sessions to groups of varying sizes.
Preferred:

The PCU is a 30-bed unit that cares for a variety of diagnosis & complex medical conditions including the care of surgical, cardiac, & stroke patients. Job Summary and QualificationsThe CT Technologist performs routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application of ionizing radiation in accordance with the established professional and departmental standards. The CT Tech provides high-quality computerized tomography images of the used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment. What you will do in this role:
- You will compassionately assist and position patients on CT table.
- You will start IVs for contrast injection and when necessary.
- You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary.
- You will release customer with proper post procedure instructions.
- You will turn over and prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean / sterilize equipment.
- You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.
What qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited program by the commission on accreditation of allied health education programs, American Medical Association or other accrediting agencies.
- American Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or registry eligible with completion of examination within 6 months of hire to maintain employment.
- Advanced CT Registry must be successfully completed within 6 months of registry eligibility.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
- Minimum of one year hospital department experience in Diagnostic Radiology and or completion of accredited Radiology program with clinical experience Minimum of one year is hospital CT department preferred. Able to accurately complete radiology examinations as ordered by the referring physicians.
- Experience with Radiology information systems to obtain previous examination reports.
- Strong interpersonal skills related to being able to communicate effectively, competently and confidently with all individuals (various types of customers, facility colleagues, etc.).
- Able to handle periods of intensity with calm.
- Able to work in stressful situations while maintaining composure and perform required Imaging Services duties regardless of the patient’s condition.
- On Call Required and must have the ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes of callback.

What you will do in this role:
- Evaluate patients prior to surgery
- Provide patient and family education surrounding the procedure and peri-operative process
- Assume responsibility for patient preparation, including intravenous therapy, preoperative medications, and surgical site verification
- Participate in surgical site verification, including briefing, time out, debriefing, and universal protocols, according to hospital policy
- Recognize and respond to patient emergencies
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while managing evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Be an integral member of a dynamic interdisciplinary team - consisting of the provider(s), surgeons, surgical technologists and more
- Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients
