JOB PURPOSE:
- Study new model feature technology and develop new Line End Tester (LET) inspections prior to Mass Production by leading activity with Design/Suppliers, confirmation testing, summarizing results, identifying root cause, lead implementation for temporary solutions and permanent countermeasures to ensure minimal line downtime and optimal vehicle quality is delivered to the Customer
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Lead LET new model development (SAP creation, LET design review/implementation, change point communication, LET programming, DTC root cause analysis, and counter measure creation/implementation)
- LET mass production support (DTC root cause analysis, counter measure creation/implementation, LET process efficiency improvement activity, LET training/support, and change point communication)
- Associate development: Mentor NMQ LET team members and/or rotating EDP s (Train and mentor NMQ LET team members on LET type items)
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- BS Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related associates degree with experience; or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum Experience:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience based on education.

Job PurposeThe Power Platform & SharePoint Senior Developer will lead the design and implementation, as well as support of applications using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint technologies. This role requires independent execution of moderate-to-highly complex Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, including translating business requirements into technical implementations, exercising judgment within established standards, and resolving non-routine issues with minimal oversight. Job PurposeLead North American region process standardization as the business expert by creating and directing the process development strategy and diffusion across all North American manufacturing plants ensuring robust, repeatable, and controlled methods are in place to maximize business value and support plant characteristics enhancement.

Job PurposeTo contribute to the development of functioning prototypes that will eventually become production ATV/SxS vehicles, researching and applying new technologies to support business targets and maintaining global vehicle product quality.
Key AccountabilitiesDevelop basic component and system layouts for ATV/SxS prototype vehicles using computer-aided design software that achieve concept targets, function requirements, and manufacturing requisites with minimal supervision. Communicate specification requirements and manufacturing control points via prototype and production drawings that result in setting the final specifications of global ATV & SxS new models and mass production vehicles. Job Purpose
Be the liaison between Project Execution’s new model team and the Department. Lead/coordinate new model event support and report on new model readiness through trial stages and mass production.
Key Accountabilities
Lead New Model Trials:
- Create training strategy for new model change points.
- Identify and document trial problems and discuss countermeasures.
- Communicate initial issues from build events within the department as well as outside of the department.
- Inform team members and other departments of project change points.
- Support quality problems and recommend countermeasures before mass production.
- Coordinate with the Project Execution team of any design updates that are needed.
New Model Start-Up and Mass Production:
- Ensure project remains on schedule.
- Respond immediately to complex issues during production.
- Utilize necessary tools to understand root causes and implement containment.
- Create problem summary and reflect on mass production issues.
- Inspect product and new model development (e.g., check tolerances, fixtures, parts, etc.)
- Update and track items; create problem summary and reflect on mass production issues.
- Conduct mass production audits for problem prevention.
- Conduct testing/sampling for quality verification.
- Ensure all system readiness is completed within the department.
- Report on overall readiness to the plant.
New Model Design and Study Support:
- Be the liaison between Project Execution and the Paint Department.
- Coordinate department support for new model studies.
- Provide feedback to the new model team on department characteristics and current struggles points.
- Provide reflections to help the new model team drive changes in the design.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Job PurposeThe Electrical Controls Design role provides high quality, reasonably priced, on-time hardware, software, and safety design solutions to ensure stable new model and new technology introduction in all HDMA North American manufacturing facilities.
Key Accountabilities• Work in an engineering team atmosphere understand design requirements to create/modify automated production equipment.
• Conduct electrical controls design for automated equipment to generate hardware drawings to be used to assemble/build/wire a full controls system for production equipment
• Conduct electrical design to produce engineering software to create the control architecture for production equipment processes. (i.e. PLC, HMI, Motion Control, and Robotic programming).
•Provide on-site support to install, system up, and mature the control system for production equipment.
• Create and maintain a critical path schedule for work assignments to produce the control system design deliverables to achieve the overall project milestones for small to medium projects/ low to medium complexity.

Job PurposeThe North American Indirect Procurement (NAIP) Procurement Governance Sr. Specialist will drive adherence to policies and processes by applying subject matter expertise in governance, compliance and audit practices, and monitoring adherence to Indirect Procurement and relevant company policies and developing tools that proactively enhance compliance. Specific activities of the function include:
- Managing Honda’s North American Indirect Procurement Governance Policy (IPGP), to include the following tasks: Updating policy when required to align with company changes, coordinating and communicating policy changes, and maintaining document integrity in IntellaQuest to support audit readiness.
- Oversee the IPGP training course in HLC, ensuring content remains up-to-date and supports effective learning outcomes.
- Execute NAIP’s governance and compliance strategies by monitoring NAIP sourcing projects and purchase transactions for compliance violations, and leading the development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures.
- Leverage available technology platforms to develop and implement reporting metrics and dashboards to monitor purchasing governance and compliance behaviours, assess results, and advising NAIP leadership on trends, effectiveness of countermeasures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the NAIP primary point of contact or representative for external requests (e.g., audits, risk questionnaires, dangerous goods, safety, etc.), coordinate timely and effective responses, and align the appropriate resources to support.
- Manage internal audit initiatives and collaborate with NAIP functional leads to share best practices and improvement opportunities.
- Govern the NAIP division’s end-to-end processes, playbooks, flow charts, and aligning R&Rs across NAIP departments and teams, to include internal governance and compliance policies, SLA expectations, and KPI adherence.
- Maintain effective ERP system Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) controls by reviewing user access requests.
- Track, document, and assess monthly non-conformance issues and provide appropriate remedial training and/or corrective actions to impacted users.
- Develop, execute, and analyze monthly Business Intelligence (BI) reports to visualize and assess adherence to company procurement policies. Leverage technology and analytical tools to identify non-compliance issues and trends and enhance reporting outcomes.
- Monitor various aspects of data governance, including adherence to policies and standards, risk management, and performance tracking through KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage the internal and external audit requests received relative to the NAIP procurement policies and procedures.
- Report the quarterly KPI metrics and facilitate PDCA as required. Communicate key insights and best practices with NAIP leadership to support understanding of current enterprise compliance status, effectiveness of existing countermeasures, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

- Execute ad hoc projects to advance the division, department, or team’s strategic goals and objectives.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or closely related field or equivalency in procurement tenure and experience.

Job PurposeThe North American Indirect Procurement (NAIP) Procurement Governance Sr. Specialist will drive adherence to policies and processes by applying subject matter expertise in governance, compliance and audit practices, and monitoring adherence to Indirect Procurement and relevant company policies and developing tools that proactively enhance compliance. Specific activities of the function include:
- Managing Honda’s North American Indirect Procurement Governance Policy (IPGP), to include the following tasks: Updating policy when required to align with company changes, coordinating and communicating policy changes, and maintaining document integrity in IntellaQuest to support audit readiness.
- Oversee the IPGP training course in HLC, ensuring content remains up-to-date and supports effective learning outcomes.
- Execute NAIP’s governance and compliance strategies by monitoring NAIP sourcing projects and purchase transactions for compliance violations, and leading the development and implementation of appropriate countermeasures.
- Leverage available technology platforms to develop and implement reporting metrics and dashboards to monitor purchasing governance and compliance behaviours, assess results, and advising NAIP leadership on trends, effectiveness of countermeasures, and opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as the NAIP primary point of contact or representative for external requests (e.g., audits, risk questionnaires, dangerous goods, safety, etc.), coordinate timely and effective responses, and align the appropriate resources to support.

Job Purpose
Lead and manage the commodity desk from a Q/C/D/Strategic perspective. Create strategies, identify improvement opportunities, communicate effectively, gather necessary resources, assign tasks, and implement the strategy. Monitor progress and performance via plan versus actual. Resolve quality and delivery problems by working with stakeholders and suppliers. Coordinate with other areas in the organization to secure necessary resources and contributions for the strategy execution. Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute overall RM commodity strategy for responsible material/ commodity considering production volumes, part specification requirements, and capacity analytics. Strategy includes annual cost reduction to achieve company targets and initiatives.
- Provide technical know-how related to raw material Q and D issues by working with stakeholders.
- Lead supplier negotiations of cost; ensuring best practice is utilized to achieve Honda’s cost target, develop and recommend opportunities to reduce cost based on the market and overall strategy, Pricing Management – develop and lead cost optimization based on usage, supplier QCDD performance, and material chemistry.
- Lead supply chain projects and C/D themes by working with HTA, Honda lants and suppliers; communicate across the organization to secure support and resources to execute strategies.
- Supplier Management - Development of supplier performance goals, evaluation of supplier performance and recommendation on supplier improvement plans where applicable.
- Continuing education to support technical know-how (attend events/QAV’s etc).
- Mentor associate within team on technical know-how and fostering development.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- BS degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business Mgmt, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong communication skills across multiple disciplines (engineering, suppliers, management, etc.)
Working Conditions
