Responsibilities
- Build Tolerance simulation/analysis models in 3DCS.
- Able to perform following activities in 3DCS Software:
- Pre Tolerancing document, which captures datum targets and GD&T callouts of the component
- Gap Flush document, which captures nominal values with tolerances of gap and flush requirements for different interfaces
- Measurement Points document, which captures feature points on components for which measurement will be done and reported
- Tolerance calculation model, created using 3DCS software
- Develop product GD&T with customer and plant input
- Experience with Tolerance Stack analysis methods such as Worst Case Analysis, Root Sum Squared (RSS) Analysis, Monte Carlo Simulation to predict the distribution of assembly dimensions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve dimensional issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Use Tolerance Stack analysis methods to predict the distribution of assembly dimensions.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Support simulation to help confirm Process, design, Tooling and Structure.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the simulation process, assumptions, and results.
- Prepare comprehensive reports to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of working-level experience in 3DCS Software.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Dimensional Engineer.
- Experienced in developing GD&T from scratch.
- Experience with Tolerance Stack analysis.
- Experience with tolerance simulation, considering parts, weld/install fixtures, assembly order, and process sequence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus.

The Clinical Director will directly supervise and train primary care providers (PCPs) in his/her assigned center. The incumbent in this role is accountable for maximizing overall core model execution, including improving clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned center, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties (amount dependent on number of direct reports). The remainder of their time is allocated to leadership responsibilities, including PCP performance, engagement, and building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture. The allocation of time is dependent on several factors, including PCP capacity, market needs, size of centers, patient membership, and Market Clinical Director direction.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently provides care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in older adult patients.
- Takes full accountability for patient care and outcomes and appropriately seeks consultation from specialists when needed, though will still stay involved in, and be responsible for, the detailed care of the patient.
- Engages with the hospitalist whenever one of their patients is in the hospital (regardless of whether the hospitalist works for ChenMed or not).
- Responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination and documentation for patients with acute and complex chronic health needs.
- Leads their care team consisting of care promoter (medical assistant), care facilitator, and care coordinator for patients able to come to the office.
- For patients that are unable to come to the office—in hospital, SNF, LTC or homebound, engages with the transitional care team and others including case managers, acute and transitional-care physicians, and other resources that may be available depending on the market.
- Leads Super Huddle (SH) and Transforming Care Meeting (TCM) weekly, as well as supports Center Manager/Center General Manager center clinical leader and/or market clinical leader is not available, based on guidance from Market Chief Medical Officer. Fills in as needed for center clinical leadership needs, including monitoring daily center census as part of joint center accountability for outcomes.
- Plays an active role in the management of their center and helps cover for other providers who may be out for various reasons. It is also expected that each Clinical Director will take an active role as needed in recruiting patients for the center and recruiting and interviewing additional providers for the company.
- Managing, mentoring and coaching PCPs in his/her assigned center to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes, including sampling other PCP’s daily huddles within their center
- Leadership rounding with the PCPs (reduced involvement of market clinical leader)
- Partnering with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive continued improvement of center financial performance, and helping increase center membership
- Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other applications used in the company
- Ability and willingness to travel locally as needed in their market, if applicable, nationally for initial training (2 weeks) and then occasionally regionally and nationally for recruiting or training purposes
- Fluency in English, verbal and written. There may be jobs in some centers that require fluency in other languages, and this will be made known at the time of application.

- MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty required
- Current, active MD licensure in State of employment is required
- A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult or family practice setting preferred, with Lead PCP ideally being a ChenMed PCP Partner
- Completion of Chen Medical training, including Masterful Conversations and meeting facilitation, as part of the individual development plan
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty is preferred, Board Eligibility is required
- Once Board certified, PCP will maintain board certification in their terminal specialty by doing necessary MOC, CME and/or retaking board exams as required
- Must have a current DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employment

Job Purpose:

This job contributes to these goals by enabling the Tax Department to accurately report and pay its tax liabilities to various tax authorities and also to accurately report taxes for the benefit of internal and external stakeholders. This position enables AHM to meet its legal and regulatory requirements to be a “company that society wants to exist.” The job contributes to the overall state and local tax compliance requirements and is an important contributor towards departmental business plan themes. This position involves leading tax technical projects, particularly in the area of property tax, related to Honda new business, new ventures, and organizational changes. This job is also the primary coordinator with outside advisors to ensure that all indirect tax returns, payments, reports, licenses, and various other items are completed or made by all internal and external due dates.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide leadership and support to ongoing property tax projects and business plan themes, especially those that involve new Honda business, new ventures, new ways of working, and expansion/changes of organization and business model.
- Research property tax issues; support tax technology updates for all indirect tax and accounting systems; support property tax audits. Experienced with PTMS and RIA Checkpoint and a proficient user.
- Supervise and review the preparation of all personal property tax returns, real property assessments, abatements, and compliance matters, and all associated tax payments and refunds by assigned deadlines.
- Oversee establishment of forecasts for tax expense accounts and researching variances with budget versus actual data.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (required)
- CMI Designation, CPA, Masters in Accounting, Masters in Taxation (preferred)
- Continual technical education in statutory and regulatory environment
- 10 years in property tax role with a major multinational corporation, Big 4 firm, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience with PTMS, SAP, and/or equivalent tax compliance and management software

Job PurposeThis position exists to support Honda and non-Honda after-market service supply chain. Using the Honda supply base as well as the global network of HT offices, external strategic partnerships, and our internal expertise, we purchase and deliver parts with a focus on strengthening global procurement capabilities. Additionally, to explore potential sales growth opportunities with ‘outside group sales’ activity, selling our experience and expertise to support non-Honda customers with needed business activity.
This role within the Service Parts team exists to purchase, manage inventory, and sell parts or components for the after-market supply opportunities and quotations with new and existing business partners. Role will include supplier management, coordinating third party logistic partner transportation and warehouse services, project design and execution, as well as providing a high-level of customer service to Business Partners.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate overall project activity that will include part set-up; working with Suppliers and other internal/external Business Partners to ensure necessary information is collected, reviewed and processed to set up project to meet business needs. Contract review and negotiation, service requirement communications, understanding of Country of Origin requirements and proper parts classification review, basic part specifications as well as packing information are expected to be captured in a workable format for reference and proper usage for project.
- Develop strategic quotation for customer which reflects understanding of customer’s business requirements, supply chain capabilities, and project parameters; consider and analyse all costs to ensure accuracy, sound logic and profitability; review cost logic with internal team members and management for validation and agreement; present final quotation to customer clearly and effectively.
- Manage Supplier relationships including negotiate pricing with suppliers, ensure requests are made following project requirements and review for accuracy and competitiveness; ensure business terms are agreed on and in place prior to new project start-up, including order/shipping flow, service requirement for mass production timing as well as non-current timing in a method that supports Parts business and sales growth.
- Using MRP analysis, support review of safety stock levels, accurate order quantities and negotiations to ensure appropriate stock on hand. Escalation concerns timely with leadership and customer, identify problems and create solutions to support customer service initiatives.
- Third Party Business Partner management; ensure inventory is managed to proper on-hand, allocating, prioritization requirements. Packing material is on-hand for inbound and outbound requirements, pricing is within expected range for all activity, transportation is set according to transportation matrix and billed appropriately, on-time delivery and other KPI’s reviewed and reported on accurately.
- Coordinate parts moving from production to E-Coater to ensure on-time and good quality result.
- Review Business Partner invoices, open costs and other accounting related needs to ensure all accounts and financials are cleared timely and accurately.

Lead new model projects to mass production in the plastics department while ensuring all project targets are achieved in each of the SEQCDM categories.
Key accountabilities:

Qualifications, skills and experience
Minimum educational qualifications:

- At least 2 or more years of demonstrable experience in manufacturing, plastics, and/or new model engineering.
- Here the the team needs someone who has launched new projects and developed injection molding processes. Must have hands-on experience with injection molding and other plastics manufacturing equipment and tooling.

Workstyle:

Role will include making appointments & calling on current and potential customers with intent of obtaining Requests for Quotation, Interfacing effectively to convey project/RFQ requirements with HTA Internal Staff and Business partners for cost & quotation development, project planning and set-up, and presenting internally, as well as to business partners.
Key Accountabilities- Coordinate customer visits with internal team members to develop effective relationships, determining needs, identifying new sales opportunities and additional ways to enhance customer satisfaction; develop thorough knowledge of customers & suppliers and their business plans; develop innovative, compliant supply chain solutions to attract and satisfy customer needs.
- Develop strategic quotations for customer Request for Quote which reflect understanding of customer’s business requirements, supply chain capabilities, and project parameters; consider and analyse all costs to ensure accuracy, sound logic and profitability; review cost logic with internal team members and management for validation and agreement; present final quotation to customer clearly and effectively to gain new business.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers, customers, and supply chain partners; ensure requests are made following project requirements and review for accuracy and competitiveness; ensure business terms are agreed on and in place prior to new project start-up, including order/shipping flow, quality flow, build-out flow, price change management, and design change management.
- Project Management of new project planning and on-boarding; coordinate with team members steps for new project preparation and launch ensuring all key criteria are met prior to start of project. Hold meetings with team members to review supply chain plan viability and confirm costs align with project through the maturation process. Coordinate new model hand-off and mass production hand-off within target timelines and deliver project details on schedule.
- Especially with Japanese customers and suppliers using Japanese, pro-active proposal visits and collecting the new develop information and support any trouble shooting between customers, suppliers and internal concerned teams. With those information distributing to related global connection in our company and make a strategy with core channel.
Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or other applicable field or adequate experience in related field
Minimum Experience:
- 5-7 years in sales/customer service experience directly dealing with Japanese managers
- Automotive manufacturing experience, preferably supply chain
- Compliance & regulatory reporting
- Experience with automotive parts; sales & project management

Job PurposeThe Delivery Engineering Group conducts Discrete-Event Simulation studies for Delivery impact analysis of mass-pro Run-Rate and/or E-flow Investment change-points for NM, Layout Inno/Renovation, and Capacity changes for manufacturing regionally across North America.
Key Accountabilities- Conduct mass production run-rate analysis studies utilizing Discrete Event Simulation and

Job Purpose:
The Specialist coordinates activities across multiple divisions and stakeholders to drive specification standardization across indirect categories to support Honda Motor’s business transformation and sustainability initiatives.
This position plays a key role in optimizing procurement processes, reducing complexity, and enabling data-driven decision-making across multiple spend categories.
Key Accountabilities:
Stakeholder Management
• Facilitate collaboration between internal (NAIP) and external stakeholders through Specification Development Council forums to align standardization objectives, goals, plans, and outcomes.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze spend, usage patterns, and SKU proliferation to identify duplication and rationalization opportunities.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to develop dashboards, reports, and tools to support ongoing standardization tracking.
Continuous Improvement
