- The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will support client's enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation. This includes:
- WIAM migration activities (metadata and certificate updating, coordination with client applications, etc)
- PingFederate to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) modernization
- Access governance improvements (who has access to what, and why)
- Cross?platform identity initiatives spanning Security Services
- This role bridges business needs and engineering delivery by ensuring work is clearly defined, well documented, properly tracked, and delivered with strong testing and governance.
Support identity initiatives that commonly require:
- SAML certificate lifecycle coordination
- SAML = Security Assertion Markup Language (a standard for single sign-on)
- Coordinating certificate rotation across multiple applications, environments, and vendors
- Tracking owners, dates, dependencies, and cut over steps in structured trackers (e.g., Excel)
- SAML connection migration planning and execution support
- Helping move Identity Provider (IdP) connections from legacy federation to modern platforms
- IdP = Identity Provider (system that authenticates users)
- Migration readiness and execution tracking
- Requirements capture, integration mapping, status reporting, and risk/dependency management
- Documentation at scale
- Maintaining living runbooks and migration guidance in Confluence
- Keeping Jira work items audit-ready with clear ownership and due dates
Key Responsibilities
- IAM Program & WIAM Migration Support
- Support engineering teams migrating PingFederate connections to PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) and Microsoft Entra ID
- Entra ID = Microsoft's cloud identity service (formerly Azure AD)
- Track milestones and deliverables across workstreams, including:
- Certificate updates and expirations
- RBAC updates
- RBAC = Role-Based Access Control (access is granted by role)
- Compliance-driven tasks and evidence
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple IAM workstreams to prevent bottlenecks
- Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and IAM systems
- Provide system and business process support across multiple IAM program engagements
- Business Analysis & Delivery Coordination
- Plan, elicit, capture, analyze, and validate requirements for IAM initiatives:
- Business requirements (what is needed)
- Functional requirements (what the solution must do)
- Technical requirements (how it integrates and operates)
- Document and assess current-state IAM processes, integrations, and access models
- Maintain rigorous Jira notes including:
- Ownership, due dates, constraints, risks, dependencies, and decisions
- Maintain accurate, iterative Confluence documentation for all IAM projects
- Assist with data models and interface specifications where needed for IAM systems
- Log system and process changes using approved change management tools (e.g., FastTrack)
- Ensure IAM changes are properly tested before deployment
- Coordinate UAT and functional testing
- UAT = User Acceptance Testing (business confirms the solution meets needs)
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate discussions between engineering, security architecture, business stakeholders, and program leadership

Requirements
- Core Experience (Required)
- Proven experience (1+ years) as an IT Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst supporting complex corporate environments
- Extensive experience with large scale migrations or updates across multiple organizations and third party vendors
- Hands-on experience with IAM concepts and platforms, such as:
- Federation and SSO
- SSO = Single Sign-On (one login for multiple apps)

Position Summary

Background & Context
The Organization's clinical team handles various types of authorization and claim review requests from various markets nationwide, processing clinical reviews to ensure members have the best outcomes and access to care needed.

We are looking for a curious, bright, detail-oriented, and energetic eCommerce Merchandising Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in the continuing growth and success of Johnnie-O. Reporting to the Director of Site Merchandising, this role will help assist in all things site merchandising and beyond with a focus on our licensed product.
What Youβll Do
- Work with the team to help monitor inventory levels and communicate status on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with licensed guidelines and expectations.
- Maintain outfitting tool and other merchandising tools, pin or boost products based on inventory and product launch plans
- Ensure that product is reflected accurately on the website (product descriptions, size guides, product titles, categorizations etc.) by QAβing site daily
- Weekly UPC audit (on / off report) to remove sold out colors, rearrange color order, adjust size and color tags, and make recommendations to pull up inventory or consider pre-order.
- With the merchandising team, create and maintain all product uploads and listing on , including images, tags, meta data, product deceptions, icon/badges
- Track on-site search terms to continually optimize and improve search to reflect latest product launches
- Support with pricing maintenance activities, including promos and end-of-season sale price uploads/updates
- Partner with the E-Comm Team to create effective and innovative online merchandising strategies to drive total category sales and profitability
- Be in tune with go to market strategies and merchandise accordingly
- Ensure site presentation is optimized and lends itself to increased conversion and demand
- Maintain strong understanding of customer experience data (abandoned cart, top products, AOV, etc.) and implement educated merchandising strategies
- Stay in the know on all reports related to D2C sales, site metrics, shop performance trends in order to react quickly to opportunities within the D2C businesses
- Drive dev & testing in relation to licensing optimizations - ideation, QA, variation creation, CSQ follow up

What You Bring
- Bachelorβs Degree in related field

What Youβll Do

Summary
The Chief Executive Officer serves as the executive officer with day-to-day responsibility for the management and operation of the facility. The CEO has primary responsibility for the development, implementation, and achievement of the facilityβs strategic business plan in conjunction with routine operations to include quality of care, staff development, maintenance of licensure and accreditations, financial performance, and continuous performance improvement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with the governing body in the development of facility-specific annual operating capital budgets and strategic business plans. Assures that the medical staff is involved and provides input into this process through coordination with the office of the Medical Director.
- Manages day-to day operations and staff so that the facility achieves its objectives in all of the following key performance areas: effective patient/client care outcomes, appropriate fiscal management, maintenance of licensure, accreditation and other regulatory criteria, implementation of focused business development processes, medical staff compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.
- Organizes the day-to-day management and operation of the facility through departmentalization, delegation and alignment of responsibilities to meet the facilityβs patient/client care and business objectives.
- Creates and maintains a network of local constituency groups to include government agencies, local businesses, affiliate health providers, and the surrounding community.
- Appraises leadership team performance, both of individual members and the team as a whole, assesses competencies, and provides coaching/corrective action as appropriate under the direction of the governing body.
- Ensures participation of staff in facility/program wide in-service and continuing education programs, including those specific to the treatment of children, adolescents and families.
- Recruits allied health professionals and psychiatrists to increase the scope of service offerings at the facility.
- Effectively manages and directs contract negotiations and contract compliance with the commercial payer community to include rate negotiations and services provided. Oversees contract relationships to include regular reporting on contract performance as well as new revenue generation and growth.
- Leads development of continuum of care to include comprehensive outpatient services and community based programs.
- Serves as the final authority for resolution of staff performance concerns and performance improvement activities as appropriate.
- Routinely attends and as appropriate, chairs periodic meetings with the governing body, medical staff, executive management team, and other departments of the facility.
- Remains current in all national healthcare-based initiatives through participation in such organizations as NAPHS and the relevant state based facility association.
- Ensures an effective survey readiness plan is active at all times including a comprehensive auditing plan, corrective actions taken to address noncompliant areas, and preventative actions to maintain continuous accreditation and regulatory compliance.
- Ensures adherence to the Summit Compliance program including timely follow-up with reported compliance issues, staff training, and proactive auditing.
- Confirms and leads accurate Governing Board reporting and quarterly calls.
- Guarantees prompt, thorough follow-up of any patient/client safety issues including system-issue corrections and proactive assessment of high-risk areas.
- Ensures appropriate support for QAPI activities including direct and leadership staff resources, training, and other requirements.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical or related discipline required; MBA/MHA preferred.
- Three or more yearsβ experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment.
- Ability to lead successful licensure, accreditation, and compliance efforts in a behavioral health facility.
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.
- Strong working knowledge of financial management and business development processes.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
Five or more years of supervisory/management experience in healthcare setting required.

Qualifications:
As a Project Executive your duties will include:
- Coaching and consulting for assigned projects with functional responsibility for Associates in the project team.
- Full performance responsibility for a project or group of projects, including but not limited to: financial oversight, construction quality, ensuring owner satisfaction, safety performance, oversight of quality metrics and quality performance, oversight of subcontractor selection, subcontract terms and subcontractor relations, oversight of project documentation and project schedule, and risk management.

The Role We Want You For
In this role, you will manage the organization and direction of project construction activities and oversee total site management including supervision of client contractors, field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, and finance and accounting. Your leadership will ensure project operations are compliant, safe, timely, within scope and budget, and clients are satisfied. This key project leader for Claycoβs Field Operations team will oversee construction of 100MM - 500MM or more and will be assigned to the as the Construction Manager/Superintendent in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceuticals division.
The Specifics of the Role
- Responsible for the organization and direction of all on-site construction related activities and the primary contact for all project field activities.
- Ensure construction operations are in compliance with design, specifications, and that construction operations are completed on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.
- Responsible for site management including management of construction subcontractors, professional staff to include field engineering, contract administration, cost and schedule, field procurement, finance and accounting services, and workforce services. Responsible for managing and maintaining detailed daily reports.
- Ensures the development and execution of project automation plan, environmental compliance plan, safety plan, site survey plan, non-manual staffing plan, subcontracting plan, labor strategy, construction execution plan, and job-site work rules.
- Responsible for implementation of Claycoβs safety program, security, housekeeping, and fire protection on the construction site and ensures strict adherence Federal and State safety codes.
- Ensures the field organization is composed of qualified and knowledgeable personnel and ensures effective personnel utilization.
- Establishes and implements construction schedules, methods, manning charts, material, and equipment requirements.
- Responsible for field project performance and analyzes performances for adherence to quality standards and schedules.
- Plans and establishes procedures to ensure all construction operations meet engineering designs and specifications.
- Ensures Claycoβs policies and procedures are fully implemented.
- Establishes project field procedures to be worked in conjunction with the Claycoβs standards, as necessitated by project conditions.

- Works with the project management team to participate in all job-site's contractual activities. Participates in contracts and subcontracts negotiations.
- Participates in the development and implementation of a training program to ensure subordinate personnel receives progressive training to enable them to assume additional responsibilities and is responsible for overall development of construction training and any testing as required.
- Works with Claycoβs safety team in the development of the project safety program and ensures strict adherence to Company, federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Ensures the implementation of an effective community relations plan for the site.
- Ensures required permits and licenses are in place prior to the start of the affected work at site.
- Responsible and accountable for construction license reporting to include construction Logbook entries and required notifications for permit closure.
- Partners with the project management team for the implementation of cost savings methodologies in the Construction organization and the promotion of other continuous improvement processes.
- Ensures development and execution of strategies and plans for project automation, environmental compliance, safety, site surveying, non-manual staffing, contracting, labor strategy, construction execution, and job-site work rules.
- Plans and establishes procedures to ensure construction operations meet engineering designs and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Field Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
- Support Superintendent(s) throughout the duration of the job.
- Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman.
- Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
- Ensure subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule are documented and are forwarded to the project management team.
- Follow guidelines of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program written for the job site.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, related technical degree or relevant work experience in lieu of education.
- 20-25 years of relevant experience, with progressive responsibility and technical knowledge both scope and value of project.
- Technical knowledge and experience of relevant construction methods and systems including:
- Utility relocates and slope stability works.
- Full understanding of multiple mission critical platforms.
- Full understanding and working knowledge of high voltage, medium voltage, and low voltage systems. General understanding of BMS and EPMS Systems.
- Full understanding and coordination of Utility relocations, underground medium voltage systems, and BIM modeling coordination of ALL utilities both above and below ground.
- Full understanding and managing of all LOTO procedure's and FOD inspections for all systems.
- Ability to research and understand local codes and jurisdictional requirements for the project.
- Knowledge of project-specific environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience with successful interface management on Data Center/Mission Critical projects.
- OSHA 30 required.
- Ability to walk the job site, climb ladders, and multi floor scaffolding.
- Ability to lift objects at least 50lbs.
