Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

8.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

9.

Proficient in using computer software and applications related to BAS controls, including AutoCAD, MS Project, and others.
