As a Safety Specialist, you will ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public on our world class projects. The Safety Manager is responsible for creating a culture of care while enforcing Clark's Safety and Health Policy, as well as, local and federal safety standards on jobsites. This role leads employee safety education in partnership with project supervisors to develop safe work plans for all phases and tasks. To us, no project is successful unless it is built safely.
Responsibilities
- Drive the Clark safety culture on a project
- Oversee and ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and general public
- Enforce corporate and project specific safety and health programs as well as federal, state, and local safety standards
- Mentor safety staff and assist in their development
- Identify known or potential exposures and recommend corrective action

Basic Qualifications

Hive Group is seeking a FOIA Coordinator to join our existing team to provide comprehensive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lifecycle support to ensure timely processing of FOIA requests for a federal client agency. This work requires an analyst with basic FOIA knowledge to perform routine coordination and administrative tasks under the direct supervision of client stakeholders, using established SOPs, templates, and guidance. This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with the expectation of working onsite (once per week) at our corporate headquarters in McLean, VA.
Position Description
- Coordinate closely with client stakeholders to ensure proper redaction processes, legal compliance, and timely responses to requestors in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Receive FOIA request assignments and update designated trackers with required details.
- Manage FOIA request documentation using established subfolders and naming conventions.
- Prepare accurate processing fee estimates using provided templates and calculators.
- Retrieve responsive documents from client contract repository and upload unredacted PDF records into the appropriate folders.
- Provide the FOIA request, responsive documents, and instructions to SMEs and assigned Program Counsel for their review and concurrence using established templates.
- Review acquisition documents and identify potential redactions for SME and counsel review based on relevant FOIA exemptions and agency guidance.
- Upload all applicable concurrences, email correspondence, and unredacted document versions to the client FOIA management system.
- Redact documents based on the redactions agreed upon with the SMEs and Program Counsel.
- Notify the assigned FOIA Program Office Analyst of the need for consultations, notices to submitters, and clarifications in accordance with FOIA Program Office guidance
- Actively participate in status meetings with the agency’s FOIA Program team.
- Contribute to the maintenance of FOIA templates, SOPs and training as necessary.
Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $60,000 and $68,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. Purpose:The Director of Events & Program Management leads strategy, planning, and execution of all North America trade conferences, industry events, and corporate event participation. This role works closely with Marketing & Communications, Business Development, and operational leaders to elevate Avolta’s visibility and partnerships across the travel F&B and retail landscape.
Essential Functions:
- Develops and executes North America conference strategy, including trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events; manages all phases from concept to post-event analysis
- Partners with Business Development to align conference participation with commercial objectives, growth targets, and partnership goals
- Establishes and maintains brand standards and messaging across all event touchpoints, including booth design, presentations, collateral, and digital presence to position Avolta as a leader in travel F&B and retail
- Identifies high value speaking roles, sponsorship opportunities, activations, and thought leadership platforms; secures participation and prepares leaders for maximum impact
- Owns conference budget planning, forecasting, and management; tracks expenses against budget, reconciles post-event costs, and identifies savings opportunities while maintaining quality standards

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:
- Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 8 years:
- In a technical role: Requires 8 years of experience engaged in event, conference, or experiential marketing experience, preferably in a matrixed or multi-location organization
- A bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the eight-year requirement
- An MBA or a master’s level degree in a program related to the functional area can count for an additional 2 years of the eight-year requirement
- In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience
