Hiring: Graphic Production Artist – Golf Apparel (Sport)
Location: Beaverton, OR
Contract: 6 Months
We’re looking for a Graphic Production Artist to support a high-visibility Golf Apparel Digital Design team. This is a production-focused role where you’ll bring designs to life by applying logos and graphics to performance-based apparel for tournaments and golf leagues.
Role Overview
You’ll work on a special project supporting a leading golf brand, creating production-ready artwork by placing and refining logo applications across blank apparel. This role sits at the intersection of design precision and production execution.
Who You’ll Work With
You will report to the Production Art Senior Manager and collaborate closely with Graphic Production Artists and Designers. Cross-functional partners include Apparel Design, Product Management, Technical Design, Development, and Material teams.

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Production Artist who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. You have a passion for technical design execution and take pride in delivering accurate, production-ready files. Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Apparel/Fashion Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in design and/or apparel production
- Strong knowledge of apparel product creation & lifecycle
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of layout, print, pattern, and color theory
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage ambiguity and multitask across priorities
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in apparel design/production
- Experience applying logos to blank products
- Ability to interpret design specs and adjust design lines
Nice to Have
- Experience with color, print, and pattern design (AOP)
- Knowledge of screen printing, trims, and garment flats (2D line art)
- Familiarity with golf culture and apparel design
- Experience leading production workflows independently
What You’ll Work On
You’ll support Golf Apparel across tees and cut-and-sew products, partnering with Design and Product teams to finalize graphics and production details.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Creating high-volume production-ready schematics
- Applying logos and graphics to apparel designs
- Collaborating in design and production meetings
- Supporting product briefs, fit sessions, and sample reviews
- Maintaining and updating production files for accuracy
- Creating documentation for downstream partners
- Using 2D/3D tools to support product visualization
Portfolio Requirement
- Schematic / production work

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, layout, and routing of industrial plumbing systems
- Create P&IDs, drawings, plans, sections, and construction details

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• 8+ years of AutoCAD design experience
• 4+ years of Revit design experience

• Strong working knowledge of U.S. Plumbing Codes, specifically the International Plumbing Code (IPC) and Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC).

The Senior Account Manager’s primary responsibility is to partner with an assigned producer with the ability to solve and handle account issues independently. The Senior Customer Account Manager is a coach and mentor for the team. Routine duties include monitoring retention, negotiation of costs for products and services, analyzing insurance contracts, insurance plan designs, coordination of claims, loss control, accounting and audit services, and research and analyze in various areas as needed.
How You Will Contribute
- Consults on new business, prepares proposals and independently handles customer requests
- Works directly with customer to ensure proper coverage is secured
- Uses discretionary judgement to negotiate and obtain quotes; marketing approximately 30% of the book of business
- Help customers understand their insurance policies/coverages and determine individual service needs
- Leads the renewal process by obtaining, directly or indirectly, quotes and claims experience from various carriers
- Handles new quoting and issuing new lines of coverage without the involvement of a producer. Recommend coverage to customers based on assessing the risk or risks they need to insure
- Acts as liaison between producer and customer by obtaining exposure and operation updates, receiving renewal applications and ordering appropriate documents needed for renewal
- Prepares and Completes Insurance Coverage Review’s if needed. Ensures the Insurance Coverage Review is completed, returned and sent to the insured with an approved letter/email.
- Analyzing contracts for certificates of insurance, issue certificates, and binders
- Reviewing for accuracy on all policies, changes/endorsements, audits, and documentations
- Preparing proposals, graphs, and service plans for customers
- Answering customer and carrier questions via their preferred communication method in the areas of polices, endorsements, audits, accounting/billing, and coordination of claims/lost control services

Licenses and Certifications:

- Must have experience working with residential communities such as HOAs and apartment complexes.
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) with five (5) years of experience in the field of Property and Casualty insurance, or high school graduate with a minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in the field of commercial insurance; other combination of work and/or education will be considered
