This position is responsible for managing foreclosure proceedings from initiation through resolution, with a primary focus on uncontested and lightly contested matters. Responsibilities:
  • Review loan collateral, title reports, default letters, and title claims to ensure foreclosure readiness

Job Details We are seeking a motivated Association Law Attorney.

The ideal candidate will advise condominium and homeowner associations on a wide range of transactional, operational, and dispute resolution matters.

This role requires strong communication skills, proactive client service, and the ability to work directly and responsively with board members, property managers, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel to condominium and homeowners’ associations on governance, compliance, and statutory obligations.

Draft, revise, and interpret governing documents, rules, amendments, and association policies.

Manage covenant enforcement matters, including demand letters, violation issues, and fines.

Represent associations in pre litigation and litigation matters, including collections, disputes, and regulatory issues.

Attend board meetings (including occasional after hours meetings), annual meetings, and elections.

(Aligned with the firm’s emphasis on accessibility beyond business hours.) Deliver clear, practical guidance without unnecessary legal jargon, consistent with the firm’s β€œinformation with recommendations” philosophy.

Maintain strong, personalized relationships with association clients, knowing their issues, files, and operational needs.

Communicate responsively via phone and email, meeting the firm’s standard of same day or 24 hour response times.

Collaborate with property managers and board members to support operational and strategic community objectives.

Stay current on Florida statutes and case law affecting community associations.

Qualifications J.D.

from an accredited law school.

Member in good standing with The Florida Bar.

Experience in association law, real estate law, property law, or related fields preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, actionable legal guidance.

Exceptional responsiveness, client service orientation, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast paced, client driven environment.
