We are actively seeking an Orthodontic Assistant to join our team. Support our mission to providing excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences. - Get out into your community -- participate in local events including school screenings, presentations and any opportunity to promote a positive image of us

- Deliver quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Guide parents and patients through our processes before treatment
- Educate patients in oral hygiene instruction and provide postoperative instruction
- Prepare patient for examination and treatment
- Take x-rays and save to patient charts
- Take quality orthodontic facial photos Responsible for the operational readiness
- Prepare tray set-ups for dental procedures
- Mix amalgam, cement, pulp paste and prepare impression materials
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Clean chairs and rooms
- Assist professional dental staff with treatment
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and procedures in patient chart
- Pour, trim and polish impression casts
- Fabricate custom impression trays
- Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs
- Other duties as assigned
- Orthodontic or Dental Assistant Certification (State dependent)
- Preferred at least 1 year of experience in Orthodontic Assisting
- CPR/BLS Certification Required
- Willing to travel in territory assigned to team

Major Areas of Responsibility:
The setup and operation of CNC cylindrical grinders (e.g. Kellenberger, Studer, Jones & Shipman, Hauser, Clausing, etc.) Working from blueprints, operation sheets, travelers or other specifications, this person sets-up and completes the machining operations to produce high precision parts.Performs complex setups including fixturing, wheel selection, and dressing, for self and others. Operates equipment as needed. Creates CNC programs on the machine and edits programs as necessary. Selects grinding wheels, tooling, gages, and other equipment as needed. Assists other Operators with setup or production problems. Ensures that all manufactured parts are in full compliance with quality standards. Uses measuring instruments and gages to perform dimensional and visual inspections on close tolerance parts.Performs all routine maintenance on the equipment. Performs other related duties as required, including centerless grinding (in-feed and thru-feed) on equipment such as Cincinnati and Royal Master grinders. Packs and cleans parts as needed.Performs other machining and assembly operations as needed.Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities
Our warehouse operatives will receive, handle, and move materials/products within the warehouse while contributing to the overall customer service experience. Warehouse operatives verify the description, quantity, and condition of inventory. They will provide assistance with product handling, packing, inventory control, maintain completed paperwork, follow systemic procedures, operate warehouse equipment in a safe manner and demonstrate an understanding of health & safety requirements.
Strong commitment to the philosophy and goals of the company is important. Must be available for a flexible schedule which may include some evenings and weekends.
Essential Functions
Experience in packing, handling, creating cases, organizing, fine furniture is preferred.
- Packing- Handle and prepare items for storage or transport using appropriate packing material and technique. Commonly packed items:

- Case Making- Use the measurement knowledge to create wood cases for packing in different diameters.
- Space Management-Ensure the warehouse is clean, neat, and organized; maintain an inventory of storage items classified by sectors according to customers.
- Handles and delivers cargo, materials, furniture, or artwork in accordance with Health & Safety procedures.
- Maintains/logs record of materials and products transported
- A clear understanding of design furniture inspection, the ability to create accurate and detailed condition reports.
- Ability to work on an iPad, cataloging inventories and processing design furniture.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices & procedures.
- Uses proper handling procedures to protect and secure cargo items for transport.
- Operates equipment on vehicle to load, unload, or disperse cargo or materials.
- Assists in the manual loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Obtains appropriate signature and ensures documentation is completed in accordance with company standard.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- All candidates must be enthusiastic and hardworking with a clean cut, well-groomed appearance.
- You have at least 2 years of fine furniture handling and moving experience.
- Understand how to properly load and unload merchandise from trucks.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and organization skills.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- You're flexible to work weekends as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Job Description
- Handle civil litigation matters from suit inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial prep
- Draft motions, briefs, legal memoranda, discovery requests, and discovery responses
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and other proceedings
- Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court
